Very clean, central location with lots of eating options in 5-10 minutes’ walk Bring your own shampoo as it is not provided.

At night there is some live music that can be heard playing probably from a hotel or pub nearby but the music stops around 12 midnight.

The hotel was really clean, modern and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the fact that there were water coolers on all floors in their effort to reduce plastic waste, so we could fill our bottles anytime. The location was also great, being close to many food markets and walking distance to city attractions. The AC was positioned in front of the bed and the cold air was blowing right on our faces.

The reception staff didn't allow my family to check-in and they are unable to provide a flexible solution. Calling them won't help since they don't pick-up either.

slightly expensive compared to the services provided, limited parking spaces and no breakfast service. Amenities were slightly cheaped out, especially shampoo and body wash.

Parking limited. Toilet pressure is a bit low but it's still ok.

The reception staff is friendly and the room is clean Carpark limited, room sound proof very poor and the morning call from the early morning at 6:30am is ask about to remove the car due to the limited parking and block the other car to move.

Cleanliness!!! They are disgusting. The curtain, cushion covers were dusty. I cant imagine how long ago they washed the the electric kettle. Maybe not in their lifetime! It had such a bad smell that i ended up getting water from the filter outside. It provided warm water not hot that i needed. Bathroom was okay tho!

The room wasn’t too small, but had no closet space other than a couple hooks. All the staff were really nice

Great location, rooms are value for money.

Location Shower room: no rack/shelf or anything to put shower gel or shampoo, so we have to put it on the floor. Bed: very soft, not suitable for us Room: can actually hear sound from upstair/downstairs room clearly enough, so we could guess what they were doing. Staff: dont expect for warm greetings or conversation.
