The decor was exceptional, very modern and the lighting choices were really good. There is no lift, so poses a problem for travellers with luggage

Central location! Airconditioning did not work in two rooms. Cooled a maximum of 2 degrees. Had horrible nights, hotel didn't fix the cooling issue. Contacted manager, but didn't do anything.

The suite was spacious, good location. The bathrooms, lack of natural light, outside was loud, no fridge and small pool.

Much better than the ratings suggest. All rooms are really nice. Staff are helpful. Location is great, smack bang in the middle of Chulia. The courtyard suite is lovely. Nice bath and huge area Noting much. No breakfast but there are plenty of great places nearby. Stairs is steep, something consider if elderly

Central location. Room was very small. Bathroom was in the bedroom, enclosed in glass, and literally was a step from the bed. Bathroom had no door-only a curtain. No kettle in room. Had to use a shared space to make tea which was like a YMCA or student residence. No parking was available when we arrived,although advertised as having private parking. When I stated this, I was told to park on the street- not acceptable. We did get a space in the hotel opposite us the next day.

Great renovated Hotel, quaint and very clean. great area the roof top terrace the Jacuzi (not a pool) very clean and great Fantastic location ....as it is on Chulia street can be a little noisy but the triple glazing really works. ! we will come back here in aheart beat , free parking across the street at the Chulia Mansion (same owners) What a wonderful place at less than 260 RM per night. You need a (cheap) Microwave in the Kitchen area.....and thst's all

The location was perfect, close to cafes and food. The hotel was lovely and the staff were superb.

The location was great and very convenient to the local bars and restaurants. The suite was spacious and had high ceilings. The toilet was see through visible to the shower and sink as well was the room. The painted glass wasn’t enough to cover. The roof top pool was small and felt falsely advertised from the pictures on line. No restaurant or bar as mentioned online.

The location was great, really close to the sites and eateries. The staff we did interact with were friendly. The air-conditioning unit was extremely loud and difficult to operate, with the controller often not working. When it rained, the sound on the corrugated roof in the terrace area made it difficult to sleep. There was some noise from the street, but this was expected given the location. When we booked, we were under the impression that the front desk would be manned in the evening, which wasn't the case, and it was difficult to get our bags down the stairs to the main entrance when we left early in the morning, as there was no one on the desk.
