The staff was very nice. The room and the washroom was big. The location was perfect to catch all the attractions. No closet and only two hangers.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel has really good security, even requiring your card-key to activate the elevator. The room was super-nice, very modern, and really comfortable. Would definitely stay there again should I find myself in Penang George Town area.

A very short walk from Komtar, just far enough to clear the central tourist zone. Bright room, no problems of any kind. The Hin Bus Depot arts centre is across the street.
