Loved the breakfast. There was a nice variety of food which satisfied my family. The staff was friendly. The hotel needs some updating. It looks like they were working on some updates while we were there. I didn't like that every time I needed something, I needed extra towels or something, I had to go to the lobby to get it.

Extremely helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean as well as smelling good. I was pleased. Kudos to the staff. Having to leave. Lol.

Pool was clean but too cool for this old lady! Hot tub was nice though. The breakfast person was quick and very accommodating, but the food was …how should I say this…just yucky. Can’t blame the worker. She has no control over the quality of the food. I would stay here again, but I’d plan on eating breakfast elsewhere.

Checking in was speedy, informative, and pleasant. The staff was polite and engaging. The property is convenient, safe, and a walking path is in front of the hotel Shopping is just a step or two away. The rooms were clean, well apportioned, and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. My wife used the gym. The breakfast was a step above most.

The staff overall was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine for what it was. Our toilet was messed up and we told 2 staff members and it was never fixed. I ended up having to fix it myself. Sort of. Just to get it to flush. There is a freaking train that goes by at like 12, 2 and like 6 am. So we basically got no sleep. And ofcourse they blow the freaking whistle right by the hotel. The indoor pool is freaking cold and whirlpool did not work. Nobody ever cleaned the room or brought towels. I had to get them everytime. There was also no linens for the pullout bed and when I had to get them from the front office. The gentleman there kinda acted like i was bothering him. The breakfast area is also very cramped once about 12-15 people get in there.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable beds, nice breakfast, nice neighborhood, and friendly staff.
