The room was clean, the breakfast was fine and the front desk attendants were cheerful and helpful.

Great location and amenities

The breakfast was only okay. We would prefer a little more variety. The hotel needs an interior upgrade.

I stood at the property aug this year the room was not properly cleaned and the bathroom had mold on the walls and shower ceiling and in and on the shower bench inside the shower i went to the front desk and i was told the mold would be professionally cleaned tomorrow while im out when i returned the mold was spray painted only in the shower ceiling and the other mold was left as it was and not cleaned and the spray painted only smelled awful i do not recommend this hotel for your stay. They also never sent housekeeper to clean the room.i was also told they were booked and would move me and my family Nextdoor and never did. Worst stay ever.

Breakfast was very good. In fact, it was one of the best breakfast's I have had at a hotel/motel in all the time I've stayed in either. The bacon was crisp and the eggs were tasty. The finger sausages were excellent as well. Everything was laid out neatly and easy to get to. Everything was either hot as it should have been or cold (orange juice/milk) as it should have been. I can't think of anything I didn't like. Service was excellent. Room was very comfortable and clean. Nothing bad at all about this hotel or the location.

Exceptional

Very nice place to stay. Rooms were pretty clean. Beds were, too. Aside from the usual things you can't tend to control at hotels, like kid's noise, heavy steppers on upper floors, and running water from nearby rooms, this hotel is a great stay

The location was easy to locate. Plenty parking. This location needs some tlc Upon entering my room, I immediately smelled the “wet carpet” smell. The carpet was and remained wet around the window area. Unfrayed in spots and needed to be repaired. This room could use a deep cleaning.

The room was in poor shape, stains on the carpet and in the bathtub. Broken mirror in the bath area. There is also a train right across the street that woke us up at least twice. I would not stay at this property again. The lobby area was very updated, which gave us high hopes for the room. The breakfast was decent and the staff were very nice.

Cabinets falling off wall. So much so, that the doors won't stay closed. Master bathroom tub was disgusting. Carpet was gross. Beds were very comfortable. Linens were clean and crisp. Would not recommend for the price.

Great place to stay!

There was a plunger in the bathroom which should have been my first clue. Had to plunge it every time I used it because it would overflow. Staff plunged it twice and said it was fixed. Had to use the bathroom by the front desk every time I needed to use the restroom. Noticed room had been flooded and I can only assume it was toilet water. Glasses stuck to the cabinet, so I had to wash everything to use it. Furniture in the room was wet and crumbling at the bottom. Holes in the window shades. Mold growing everywhere. Doors were rotting at the bottom. I just can’t. If it weren’t for Carol at the front desk, I would’ve lost it. Finally got moved to another room on Wednesday. I checked in on Sunday.

The room was clean but very well warned. The door had trouble closing, a draw didn’t want to close properly. The overall property is in need of general repair. The staff was excellent ! Breakfast was good, air conditioning was good.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a tasty main choice each day but always had scrambled eggs and a protein, plus bagels and English muffins, waffle maker, etc Except for the train, the location was quiet. Convenient to shopping and restaurants and Johnson Park which has a nice walking path. They allow pets. Property is in disrepair. Lots of dings and scrapes on the walls. Luggage carts all wonky. Gutter falling off outside near parked cars. Water stain on the ceiling in our room plus electrical outlets that didn’t work, lightbulbs blown, questionable stains on lampshades … just generally in need of a long overdue update and some TLC.
