Easy parking, well lit! The staff was very nice as soon as I entered the hotel. My room was excellent, very clean! Comfortable bed!!! I will stay again!

Breakfast was better than most hotels

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the eco friendly amenities and less plastic use. The breakfast was tasty. Hotel was quiet and safe

This hotel is in a perfect location—safe and easy to get to anything nearby. Most of the staff were attentive and kind, and the manager overseeing the cleaning and kitchen crews was a standout: warm, welcoming, and genuinely personable. The front desk staff were good overall, though one manager's demeanor noticeably cooled once she learned I'd booked through a third-party site—she became short and unhelpful, which felt out of place given how pleasant everyone else was. That aside, the property itself is clean, comfortable, and well located. I'd stay here again.

The room was spacious and slept three very comfortably. The breakfast was delicious and offered all the selections we love! We couldn’t figure out how to get on wifi, but we didn’t ask either. Staff at check in were very polite and knowledgeable. At check out, the breakfast staff answered our questions and were very sweet to us.

Staff were kind and room was clean. Kids loved the outdoor pool and that floats and toys were available for them to use.

Brilliant location. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. They had so many tasks to juggle but were still cheerful and ready to help. The housekeeping staff were super accommodative. Could do with a little renovation. Carpets look tired and grimy. The sofa bed was just not comfortable. The room we took for 4 adults was advertised as something comfortable for 5 or 6. Zero space to keep luggage for so many. We were walking in and out of suitcases! The washer and dryer need to be checked- they shrunk our clothes and had lint and dust all over. There was no coin dispensing machine at the laundry or reception and so had to wait for almost half a day for the manager to bring in coins.

I like the scenery, rooms are very clean and comfortable, pool is clean, it’s quiet.

I did enjoy the breakfast and the location of the hotel is very nice. The entrance appeared clean. Much of the parking lot was sealed all due to asphalt improvements going on. I just can’t get over my room. It was bad!

Superb

The pool area had floaties and pool noodles provided and plenty of towels. I’ve never been to a place where those were provided. My only complaint was that the tub drain in our bathroom was broken so my daughter couldn’t take a bath.

This is a wonderful hotel! Clean, quiet, and extremely accommodating. The staff is friendly and helpful! The best stay! Lots of parking as well.

Passable

Clean place, comfortable beds, air conditioner works good. The washer and dryer works works good if you need to use them. No microwave in rooms but there is one in the check-in area to use. There is a menu where you can order/purchase food but that's a hit or miss. We couldn't order it because of "staffing issues". I'm not sure why they have this if a guest can't use it! They have a list of wines but that was a hit n miss as well. Bathroom lighting is very dim, we would have liked it to be brighter. Overall clean, quiet and a safe place.
