Good window view, good outside onsen, if you like to see the view while walking from the train station to your accommodation. This hotel definitely meets your needs. The BF and dinner is good. The restaurant and onsen room are more mysterious and complex than you can find.

Food and ourdoor onsen is unexpected good.The hotel offers raw seafood rice for breakfast and it remains me a good memory for me and my familiy Room is old but clean.A little bit outskirt from the station.

Hot spring, food and location! Facilities are relatively old and worn out. Time limit for buffet is kinda short for family with small children.

No lift to the lobby for the heavy luggages ! The room decoration is a bit old.

Friendly service Breakfast was very good Amazing Onsen water quality and the outdoor Onsen on the rooftop was also great Many places inside the hotel, but definitely my room, were very old. The furniture was not in great shape, the walls had stains and I found a hair first thing on the seat of the toilet. The room was also quite dusty in some places. So the money was worth the onsen and breakfast. And while the room was spacious and the futon comfy, it just felt a bit too run down, even for my taste.

The hot springs are top notch. The buffets were also amazing, both dinner and breakfast. I would say the buffets themselves deserve you booking this accommodation alone. The accommodation is a bit dated but still a great place to be in Gero.
