Very good service! Barbara checked me in and was super helpful! Everyone was friendly and kind. My room was in an annex by the patio, and it was laid out differently. But is was comfortable enough. The breakfast was Super!

Room and bathroom was very big with park view. The facilities would need some renovations and attention to details. The building has a lot of potential, but it's not well used. Neighbourhood is a bit outside of the main attractions.

Room size was great, air con worked well. Good shower. Location was good. Short walks combined with public transport got us everywhere we needed to be. Very friendly staff. Good value. Lack of bar fridge in the room was inconvenient. Further out than some other places.

It was a good/normal stay overall—room and location were both fine, nothing out of the ordinary. The only issue was the bathroom, which had a small window that made it possible for people outside to see in. That didn’t feel private and made things a bit uncomfortable

I liked how comfortable the pillows and mattress were and appreciated a nice quiet room location as requested! Staff were friendly at the desk and location was good. The room smelt of stale musty tobacco smoke (I’m asthmatic which makes me really sensitive to this). I had to spray the room several times to make it smell pleasant. The bathroom door did not shut well you had to slam it and gets stuck. The floor was very clean but surfaces were not and I had to re-clean them.
