We had a nice contact with the host, really nice people! Nothing I can think of.

HUge room and very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast and was good to meet other travelers at the table Car parking was a bit of a walk. Location was far from the centre of town.

It is a typical Dutch style double house with steep and narrow stairs. The rooms are quite spacious. There is a kitchen/loby in the back yard with a small green garden. The staff was wonderful - a racy lady (in a good way) with a lot of info about the city and whereabouts if you ask.

It was like a home, i really loved it. Stuff was also good and kind. Thanks a lot, B&B Faja Lobi!

The spaciousness of the room and access to living room and kitchen. It was a bit of a walk to the center of town.

We stayed one night in this hotel. We did not meet anyone when we showed up for check-in; all communication was via phone or text messages. The gentleman we met in the morning at breakfast was super nice and friendly (breakfast was good without being great compared to other places we visited during our journey through Belgium – less choices overall); it was nice to meet someone working in this place! The location is OK (we knew it was not central!); the walk to the city center is pleasant and easy. On the not so great side… our room, quite spacious with a nice en-suite bathroom was pretty dark and felt worn out. The mattress was very soft (too soft for our taste). The staircase leading to the room is quite narrow; it is not that easy to manage large suitcases up the stairs. Parking is a challenge. We had booked a spot at the car park offered by the B&B but never got an answer before we arrive We were then told that it was full. We were offered an alternative in a green (inexpensive) zone 10 minutes away by car. This was actually a pretty good option that may deserve to be mentioned on the booking site as it is probably the best of all available. Importantly, it is impossible to pay by credit card at this B&B. One must pay cash or visit their restaurant in the city to use a CC. I think that this should be made absolutely clear on the booking site, as this came as a surprise (the first time we face a “cash only” situation in Belgium) and a real inconvenience (I carry minimum cash). Overall, we found the value provided to be average in the context of the many places we visited during our trip in Belgium.

Although it is about a 15 minute walk from the city centre, I loved it because it is on quiet street and you the walk is mainly along a canal. Breakfast is tasty, and you get to meet all kinds of interesting people.

The bed in my room could use a new mattress

Good value for money. Location is walkable to the center, Breakfast included in the price. A lot of mosquitos in the room, could barely sleep. There is a flynet on the window but is torn at one place.

It was a very unique location, the house was very cozy

We got fruit, cheese, meat, bread, egg, coffee and juice for breakfast and it was easy to pay in cash. Also went to the restaurant in town, great value!

We really liked our stay. The woman that served us was really kind and she let us leave our luggage at the B&B after the check-out. The breakfast was incredible. Really clean and spacious room and bathroom. To say something not as positive, the guest house is far from the train station, but the connection is quite nice. As it is a really walkable city, walking to the city centre is no problem. We would repeat for sure!!!

It was the worst experience in my life. Breakfast, bed, cleanless are good but the lady serving the breakfast, idk her name, was terrible host. Sorry to say that but all of her comments& words were racist. So, if i will visit again Ghent, i will not stay here. And also, i recommend all non-european friends don't chose here.
