Wonderful, small B&B located in a quiet section of Ghent. Very close to the historic center but still on a calm street. Beautiful rooms. Great modern bathroom. Delightful hosts.

The room was pretty nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The shower was awesome and very refreshing. The host is very helpful and a nice person to talk to in general. Would definitely stay here again next time. The location also was quite nice - not too far from the city center and very quiet.

An unforgettable stay at Graaf – absolutely perfect! Our time at Graaf in Ghent was nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, our host Kenzo made us feel welcome. He was unbelievably friendly, always available via WhatsApp, and went above and beyond to make our stay special – even managing to get us tickets to a sold-out concert in Antwerp. Just wow! Kenzo also gave us fantastic local tips tailored to our personal interests, which really enriched our experience in Ghent and helped us discover some hidden gems. The accommodation itself is a dream: stylish interior design with great attention to detail, a cozy atmosphere, and everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully accessible, stocked with fantastic coffee, and there’s even a sauna in the courtyard that can easily be booked through Kenzo – a real highlight. The location? Absolutely top-notch. We didn’t even need our bikes – everything was easily within walking distance. We felt completely at home in this lovingly curated and cool place. We 100% recommend Graaf to anyone visiting Ghent and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Kenzo, for making our stay so special!

Great location, close to the centre of the old town. Quiet area. Room was lovely, with everything you need supplied. Hosts were lovely, and very helpful, with great communication. Would definitely return when visiting Ghent again. Nothing

Super cute place! Beautiful rooms, and the communal kitchen was nice and spacious. The hosts were so nice and friendly, felt like we were staying at a friends place. Location is also really good, close to everything, but on a quiet street. Loved chilling in the sauna on Sunday evening. Will definitely be going back!

Our host Kenzo was very friendly and helpful, giving us some great dining recommendations. We also loved using the sauna after a cold, rainy day. The bed itself was super comfortable, but fairly low to the ground (almost floor level). As a tall guy, this wasn't the most comfortable to me, but we did sleep very well.

The design of the room It is a shared kitchen so sometimes I saw some dirty dishes early in the morning. I guess this happens when the dishwasher is full... but it is not a mess. Didn't really dissappoint me but it could be improved it.

The room and the whole building were absolutely amazing! It was just as seen in the photos and the atmosphere was so warm and cosy. It really made us feel at home and Kenzo was an amazing host. We will 100% want to come back to Gent and live in that B&B! We also loved that everything was made by locals and the effort they put in to reinforce the local community.

The athmosphere and the overaal vibe of the B&B was very nice. The room had a nice aesthetic and was very clean. The sauna that was free to use was also a nice addition. The owners were super nice and helpfull. Overall great B&B The toilet is very close to the bed with a not completely closing sliding door, so if you like some toilet privacy this could be a little uncomfortable.

Central location, walking distance of restaurants, cafes. The most amazing hosts that go over and beyond to ensure all their guests’ needs are catered for. Would definitely recommend to friends and family Perfection cannot improve I could have stayed for ever ?

Chic interiors with a large well stocked communal kitchen, if you need it. The bed in the Margariet room is at floor level (no legs), so may not be suitable for the elderly or anyone with an issue with their knees or hips.

The location was fantastic—conveniently situated near key attractions. I was especially impressed by the service; the staff were not only welcoming but also respectful and responsive to all my needs. Additionally, I loved the design of the hotel; it created a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
