It was beautiful

Location is perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. I wish I could have used the sauna but it was under repair.
-
Slight mustiness in carpet, but they gave me a room with AC ? the room was comfortable but nothing special. That’s my only complaint.very budget friendly.

Room was spacious and quiet, staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were accidentally charged for two parking spots, even though we occupied a single spot, and the staff took the initiative to reimburse the second parking charge. Also, traveling on motorcycles, we liked the option of parking in an interior space. It was all good.

Location was fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very pleased with my room. A/C worked really well with this record heat. I was able to run back to my room between exploring Ghent.

The directions are not well written.

Directions for parking were not well written.

The hotel was fine and the rooms were nice. Bed was very comfortable. I had free parking in my reservation. When I arrived, staff told me to park in a garage down the street from the hotel. I had to pay for the parking myself even though it was included in my reservation as free. That was a disappointment after a long days drive.

Excellent location! The AC couldn't keep up with the heat.

Staff was very helpful. Location, Location, Location. You can't beat that location Everything was great.

Location is absolutely great!!! Equipment of the room ( for taller people short and small beds, unsuitable for taller people), cleaning was poor (we needed to ask for immediate support with a non-draining shower waste). There were spider webs on the walls, not properly closing door ( needed to push it harder which might be inconvenient for the other guests).

The room was spacious and clean. We had a beautiful view of the castle.

I didn't like the fact there was no water in the room, and the shower gel container was empty

The location is fantastic and the bed was amazing. The room looked very nice with a good view of the canal. The afternoon staff person was not very friendly. The lady in the morning was very nice. We didn’t have shampoo or body wash in our rooms.
-
The room was completely spacious and had an amazing view of the intersection where everyone was walking outside. Plus, you could see the castle of the counts and everything. The staff was understanding and very knowledgeable about the area. Would recommend again and again. I wish the shower were a little bit bigger so I didn't feel so confined in it.

- Great location - Nice and helpful staff - Comfortable beds - Pricey for very small bedrooms - Noisy
-
We had to walk a bit through different corridors and stair cases to get to our room. Building has a mismatch of different renovations.
-
Great location, in the centre. Rooms little small but that is fine Nothing.

Location was excellent. Reception was not knowledgeable about anything, not particularly friendly, weather was v cold and so was bathroom floor which was v cold so didn’t have a hot shower which I wanted to have. The single bed next to the wall was more appropriate for a child rather than an adult so I didn’t get much sleep The hotel needs a decent person at reception who can answer even basic questions and perhaps be a little bit friendly. He was completely disinterested in his work

The location - my room overlooked the castle, and the entire central district was right outside the door. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
