Very modern clean and bright. Nothing.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating! Demonstrated their willingness to help when needed. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. We were very pleased with the way our room was refreshed, exceeded our expectations! In a great area, with plenty to do within walking distance. Would stay again! A couple extra hangers in the bedroom with a full length mirror would've been helpful for settling in and when getting ready. Otherwise, no complaints!

Tidy Stairs railing unstable. Communication was slow. Restaurant not open. No tv

The room was perfect, very clean, and the host was exceedingly kind. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location was great walking distance from the main attractions in Ghent. I would love to stay here again!

The only good thing about this property was the bed and how comfy it was. Couldn’t quite believe the size of this place. The photos made it look so much bigger. Literally a bed in the middle of the room and you had to shimmey to get round the outside which is not ideal for a couple especially when someone is 6ft 4. On top of that the shower wasn’t powerful and took ages to heat up. There was simply no storage whatsoever other than two hangers. Someone even walked into the flat at around 12pm on the Saturday when my partner and I were in bed still. We were only there two days and it was bad enough. Can’t imagine having booked this place for any longer. Really really poor and would not recommend.

There is a pub near by its a bit noisy

Central location, modern and comfy room, very helpful, kind and punctual staff. Included with coffee, tea, towels and shower products. Nice bed and pillows. The owner provides a list of amazing tips around Ghent for breakfast brunch diner drinks sightseeing and going out. Some toilet cleaning products or perfume sticks would have been nice for the small size of the room when staying with a partner.

I loved the location and the style of the guesthouse. The little touches like a box of chocolates were lovely.

the location is quite centeral although the street is under cunstraction at the moment. It is self chack in, there is no reception, the resturant servise is on a break... for me it wasn't very good. It should have been clearer in the discrpition that it is more like an AIRbnb. There are plenty of nice hotles in the same price and with much better servise in Gent. They did try to help in any way they could to make my stay comfortable. The room is very nice but small with very little space for the suitcase and no wardrobe to unpack the close.

I stayed in a beautifully furnished, spotless, wonderful room. Additionally, the coffee machine in the room doubles the enjoyment of your stay! One of my favorite parts of my trip to Ghent was my hotel. I wasn't sure if I had successfully reserved the hotel until I arrived, likely due to a technical issue with booking.com. I was able to send a message to the property, but the reply they sent me wouldn’t open. I think I didn't receive the door entry code needed for check-in because of this technical issue. As a result, I spent some time in front of the hotel trying to resolve the problem. Fortunately, the restaurant owned by the hotel's owners was in the same building, so I went there and resolved the issue with the hotel owner. Even though I arrived before the check-in time and couldn't enter my room immediately, I was able to leave my belongings there and start exploring Ghent, so I didn't mind.

It is in a nice neighborhood, close to the center of Gent, 5 minutes from the Vrijdagmark, and 10 minutes from the Graslei. The rooms could be more spacious, but they are enough if you enjoy the city and only use the room for sleeping like us. Everything was clean, and we could leave our luggage on the last day while we visited the city. Nothing, everything was good

The location is great, owners are really sweet and the rooms look exactly like the photos. Air conditioning was also a great feature especially if you're going in the summer. Rooms were rather small but not really an issue for us since we didn't have suitcases.
