Great location and amenities (namely pool) for any type of traveler. River front balcony and A/C that kept up with heat wave. Bathroom setup not my fave. Lots of space could have accommodated more storage or seating area.

The room was really large and had a fantastic view over the canal - just as I had requested. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and the serving staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very centrally and was close to all the local attractions. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help you - would highly recommend.

Hotel Harmony is in a fantastic location for exploring Ghent. Besides being right on the main canal you’ll find everything walkable from there. The hotel was very comfortable and super clean. Our room was very up to date and had everything we could hope for. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was the best on our 3+ week trip. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage both before and after our stay. Turn left outside the front door and in a couple of minutes you’ll find a bunch of very good restaurants.

The location is outstanding and the staff if there to please. In out opinion there was no better location!!! The tv didn’t work, air conditioning was ??? And the toilet was on the opposite side of the room from the sink and showers. However, still would stay there again.

The property is right in the beautiful historic part of town, making it easy to access while out and about. It also offers great amenities and staff! I loved it!

Had to walk thru hotel, then across an outdoor area to get to our room.

The staff was somewhat surly, and room room was very odd. We were in an attic room and really had to watch out hitting our heads. The lighting and heating were on a central panel with no switches or explanation for how it worked. We did get some services we needed, but it seemed so.ewhat grudgingly guven.

The location was unbeatable, the rooms are much more spacious than the average for Europe, staff is really nice and accommodating.
