Harsono Boutique Resort Bali

This property is so beautiful that I think it probably ruined me for the rest of my trip. Nothing will compare! It is luxurious and you feel very well taken care of and if it is of no effort to the staff. They seem very happy. The bed was as comfortable as my bed at home and the food in the restaurant was delicious. I LOVED the place but- 1)I don’t think the property can do anything about it but the river water is not clean enough to go in. They keep it clean in the area of the property, but you can see garbage in the water and on the banks just upstream. 2) The portions in the restaurant are just a little too small. 3) You are pretty far from the touristy area which is both good and bad. 4) The massage I got was expensive and not good.

First off, everyone at the resort very kind and helpful. Especially Sri. The location was amazing and if you are considering it, have no doubt you will enjoi it here.

This is among the top 3 hotels I have ever stayed in. Every detail was considered and maximized for taste, beauty, and functionality. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. The adjoining pool was delightful with great views of the lovely grounds. The art and wood work was masterful. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. I want to give a special shout out to waitresses Pruti and Padma, front desk worker Siri, and driver Wayan -- each went above and beyond. My only regret is that we could not stay longer. We liked everything. I would suggest placing an umbrella over the sitting area around the private pools, as the sun was intense mid day.

Breakfast excellent. Great setting, variety, and well prepared. Sanur is a city and it does not have many walkable plsces outside of the hotels. This is not a critique of this hotel, but Sanur in general. That being said, the grounds within this hotel were luxurious and we enjoyed the views from virtually every vantage point. This is a recommendation. The attached villa pools were fabulous. However, midday sun was intense. A shade barrier such as an umbrella would have been useful.

Also even if we were the only room in the hotel it still wasn't too clean, especially the private pool area.

* Accomodation is very new, spacious and comfortable * There was a fruit basket, perfect breakfast. Value for the price is killing it. I assume the price is so low as location is a bit far from Sanur. But it's surely worth it. * Perhaps a great place for wedding, little kingdom / castle. Nothing tangible

STUNNING resort. The photos really don’t do this resort justice, it is beautiful. The bed was super comfy and the bath was very appreciated. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Would love to return to Harsono sometime. Nothing - it was delightful!

Pleasant

Our stay at Harsono Boutique Resort Bali was perfect for our us. We came to Bali to rest after an extremely busy holiday & this resort was perfect. We had a villa with a private infinity pool. We got daily spa treatments. The staff was Amazing & the daily breakfast was wonderful. There are lots of steps which may not be good for people with disabilities. Also there is no main swimming pool

An exceptional and perfect experience in every sense of the word. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to all the staff and management of this great entity for the warm reception, attention, care, respect, unparalleled accommodation, flexibility and high professionalism in dealing with guests that my wife and I received. One day, I was extremely tired and exhausted, and all the staff and management of the resort felt this and showed great interest. They provided a driver in the resort’s private car and took me to the hospital, accompanied by the employee Pande from the restaurant staff, who did not leave me for a moment and helped me in the best way possible. They help me went to the ATM and then we went to the hospital, starting with the doctor’s examination and taking a blood sample for the medical analysis lab, waiting for the results of the tests, receiving the treatment from the pharmacy, receiving the bills and the results of the tests, and returning to the hotel again. I felt that I was staying in my home and among my family. I could not find words to express the extent of our happiness and the attention, big care and hospitality that we received. The next day, when checking out, I was surprised that the resort management provided me and my wife with free transportation to the airport in the resort’s private car. I would like to extend my sincere thanks. ?? To the resort manager Mrs. Dewi, who showed great interest and welcomed all my suggestions for the resort. I also extend my sincere thanks ?? To the reception staff Ardi and Ogik (Shahrukh Khan) ? and Angga and Komang. I also extend my sincere thanks to the restaurant staff Pande, Ayu, Guntur, Kristi, Darma and Sri. Huge, well furnished room with balcony Bathroom bigger than many hotel rooms! Many Steps would be a challenge for people with reduced mobility...but that seems to be a feature everywhere in Bali
