Excellent, the breakfast place is on the 1st floor, facing the pool and the rice fields. The staff is excellent and very cordial, always polite. Special mention to Agung, Ema and Depi, they were very accommodating to all our food restriction requests. The location of the hotel is also very nice, in a peaceful natural setting. Not very far from Ubud.

The Property Was Was Super Clean And The Staff Were Very Friendly And Helpful.

Breakfast was ok. We asked for halal but were served pork accidentally. We also dined for dinner and we waited for our 40 minutes to get our meal.

I think they should consoder to put some sleepers in the room, then it would be the same as 5 stars hotel.

Amazing esthetic, closer to nature , if you wanna experience the Gecko sound take the villa and don’t be scared at middle of the night with Gecko sounds . They won’t come inside Indoor kids play area should make this resort more kids friendly

Area around the hotel is beautiful, peaceful and quiet, rice fields. Pool is beautiful too, absolutely worth a swim! Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. If your looking for a quite stay in the nature, that’s it! In my reservation (Deluxe), the view was promised- it was not there. The room was facing the building in front. Staff said that only villas had the view. That was a bit disappointing. WiFi in my room was not working. I addressed it to staff, no one have done anything. That was also a bit annoying. The room is clean but quite a bit worn out. I wouldn’t have problem with that, but the venue positions itself as a 4* hotel, and it’s definitely not there. Also in the pictures of my reserved room it was supposed to be a bathtub, but in stead was a shower without even a single shelf.

The room was quite spacious. The toilet even more spacious. They were quite strict and calculative when it comes to drinking water.

Located about 30 minutes north of Ubud Center, Alam Kawi is the perfect place to relax. I booked a Villa and it was so cool! My own little space to enjoy peacefully while recovering from jet lag. The front desk/ restaurant staff were so friendly. I had a 90 minute massage that was just what I needed after making my way to Bali from the states. The prices were super reasonable. I would definitely recommend staying here! Nothing.

Love the location, the team was so nice and warm. Exceptional in terms of value for money. Had work all day when I stayed there- wifi 100mbps was excellent. All good - just pool did not seem clean, so did not use it.

A special menu card with warm/cold breakfast options and drinks is available in the morning on the first floor overlooking the swimming pool. Taste of these servings is delicious! The hotel is built in the middle of ricefields. The swimming pool is clean, big and overlooking these ricefields. The everyday cleaning of my room is done with so much care that it is really a pleasure to enter my room after a long hot day of strolling around. Moreover, there is also a very professional beauty salon and a real Balinese food resto not far from the hotel : just turn left when coming out of the hotel, walk 100m and turn left again on a small white pedestrian path, turn right at its end. Go straight away and you will discover them after 200 m, Warung Aji. There are also several « Durian »fruit sellers on this road. These fruits are harvested from their own trees in their garden.The whole area is very local, not many tourists. It is about 45 minutes drive by motorbike to the center of Ubud.
