The honest and truth is that nothing i liked in the property Room temperature ac unit very very hot , room condition not good , our bed style very low to the floor with hard danger wood corners , Although the room windows and doors was closed , there are large openings holes that allow insects to enter from all directions ,

A clean, beautiful, new hotel. My stay at this property was disappointing. The check-in process took far too long. I arrived at 2:50 PM and did not receive access to my room until around 3:40 PM. The property is advertised as a villa, but in reality it is simply a room with a small plunge pool and an outdoor bathtub. There is no private garden or outdoor living space, so it does not feel like a true villa. I also found the restaurant below expectations. The presentation was nice, but the food lacked flavor. During breakfast, I ordered a simple shakshuka at 7:30 AM. It was first served with raw eggs, and after asking for it to be remade, I waited until 8:15 AM for a replacement that was still not fully cooked. While the property has some attractive design features, the overall service and dining experience do not justify the price. Unfortunately, I do not believe it offers good value for money.

It was the most beautiful property we have ever stayed at. It was peaceful and calm. The staff were always around and wanting to help.

Our stay at Sanna Ubud was truly excellent from beginning to end. The villa was beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning jungle views. Everything felt very private and relaxing, perfect for a honeymoon stay. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Every detail was handled with care, from the transfers to the romantic dinner and spa experience. The atmosphere of the resort is calm, elegant, and very well designed. Overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Sanna Ubud for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful stay in Ubud.

best stay ever. great place

Property was absolutely beautiful, felt very serene and private. We had the jungle suite villa with pool for my partner’s birthday and they wrote happy birthday on the bed and provided a complimentary flower bath too. The breakfast was great every morning and the staff were very accommodating. Very clean and comfortable, no issues with bugs. Honestly, one of our favorite hotels, would definitely come back in the future. Spa is slightly overrated for the price but it could be because we had an evening spa session and it was really cold with no temperature control as it was open air

Amazing location with great view from bedroom and private pool. Water was excellent, staff and service was amazing. Breakfast menu was outstanding. Would have been nice if babies/kids were allowed since it's basically private villas.

Absolutely exceptional stay and an experience I will cherish forever. First of all, huge praise to the entire hotel team. The service is outstanding — everyone is kind, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with any need. The whole place has such a calm, serene atmosphere, it feels like a true peaceful sanctuary away from the busy world. The absolute highlight of my trip here was the private Melukat purification ceremony. Mr. Radit (Mr. Sun) led the entire ritual with unbelievable patience, calm and heartfelt reverence. It was unlike any healing or spiritual experience I have ever had before; deeply grounding, gentle and profoundly touching on every level. Thank you so much to the hotel for preserving and presenting this sacred tradition with so much integrity, and for facilitating such a special, respectful encounter for guests like me. A massive thank you also to Mr. Radit, for his kindness and the beautiful work he does. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali. It is not just accommodation, it is a place that leaves you feeling lighter, restored and deeply grateful. Cannot recommend enough.

It’s truly an extraordinary experience I had at the Sanna resort. Nothing except if you like buffet breakfast as they are not offering only a set menu.

Sanna is an experience you will not forget. The villas overlooking the jungle are magical and the service is impeccable. The food is outstanding- we had both breakfast and dinner each day. We spent some time in the spa- the physical spaces are cantilevered over the jungle valley- so peaceful and calming. Shuttle service to town or excursions are easy to book. The resort exceeded our expectations. Wished we could stay a month!

Spent a couple of days at Sanna Ubud, including Nyepi (Silent Day), and it was the perfect place to experience it. You can easily spend the whole day relaxing in your private pool or enjoying the beautiful spa. The atmosphere is very peaceful, surrounded by jungle views. The butler service was very helpful, and the shuttle to Ubud makes it easy to get in and out.

The resort is located a few kilometers north of Ubud at the edge of a jungle canyon with spectacular views of lush greenery and rice terraces. Traditional Balinese architecture of villas, numerous spiritual decor elements and carefully maintained lush greenery create are immediately impressive. Access to villas on the cliff and to public areas like the restaurant or lobby requires some up and down exercise, but an electric buggy can be easily arranged at a moment’s notice. Massages and other treatments are provided by a spa located deep at the bottom of the canyon and accessible by a one-of-a-kind small cable car. Our two-story villa came with a huge swimming pool, an air-conditioned living suite downstairs and an upper-level open-air lounge for relaxing and admiring the views. A team of personal Patihs (butlers) Jaka, Dhea and Angga, was always accessible by WhatsApp and quick to respond to any questions, wishes and requests. Throughout our stay, Sanna’s wonderful staff literally bent over backwards every day to please and spoil us in every imaginable way. From personalized dishes created by chef Perak to bonus treatments available to us at the spa, we felt treated like royalty and wished the dream would never end. We appreciated the availability of lactose-free menu choices for one of us. We are also grateful to the hotel for providing for us with a rare and unforgettable opportunity to witness an authentic Balinese wedding taking place just outside the property. To be sure, the stay at Sanna is not inexpensive and probably best suited for special occasions and celebrations of important life events. In the end however, one will remember the magical atmosphere and the five-star service. Nothing important
