The staff were friendly and very helpful and spoke good English. The room was comfortable though as it was on the ground floor as we had requested there was no window or daylight. Breakfast was continental with delicious orange juice squeezed from their own oranges grown on the property. Outside areas were attractive but we didn’t have the right weather for them! We would have liked tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Nice place in the middle of a little town near mount Etna. Breakfast and pool area were very good and the staff extremely helpful. Matress wasn't so good.

Simona and family are just amazing hosts. So kind. They really made they stay great. Would definatelt recommend to anyone.

The room and hotel are very clean, secure parking is available and the staff were very helpful and spoke very good English, we used this as a stop over on our way through Sicily to visit mountain Etna which is about an hour from there.

I liked the little oasis created in the middle of the city. The people were very nice and helpful. The only issue I had was the noise from the cars - as our room faced the street.

Private parking, nice staff, swimming pool with beatiful surrounding and shadow of the palm trees. Etna view from the terrace. Just all perfect, only thing I could recommend to make better is coffee:)

ALHAMBRA was definitely more than we expected. Good location, place for car, pool, nice room, good breakfast and very friendly hostess.

An incredible find in Giarre. What made the place were the super friendly staff who made it felt like we were staying in a family home (and being welcomed into the family). Super friendly, hospitable and generous. Very easy despite the language barrier. Very nice breakfast, pool & terrace too. Nothing - I can’t fault it!

The hosts were very kind and helpful. Having a parking on the location was great. We cannot give 10/10 because of the room. Our room face to the pool and where the breakfast is served. It was impossible to sleep in the morning once people started to have their breakfast. The bed also wasn’t very comfortable

Beautiful facility. Well maintained and clean. The pool area is also very charming with lounge chairs. Owners are welcoming. Walking distance to many shops.

I liked the pool at the B&B and the helpful staff. They also clean the rooms everyday so cleanliness is maintained throughout your stay. Its location without a car is quite limited to where one can go (such as the beach), especially on weekends. Therefore, having a car is recommended when staying at this accommodation.
