The house and the entire complex is beautiful including the view to The Etna. The breakfast was good. Rooms were too plain and minimalistic, a few more details and warmth to the room can easily improve the in-room experience.

Amazing pool and poolside service that felt luxurious. TVs in room were not smart or updated for anything except Italian cable.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were helpful and warm. The views of Mt. Etna were awesome! The pool was beautiful along with the fragrance from the roses and other flowering shrubs. The lemon and orange trees were great to look as well. Breakfasts and dinner were delicious. Thank you for your hospitality.

Clean bedroom with great double shower. Cleanest outdoor pool I’ve ever seen (pity it was too cold to swim). Very nice breakfast No advice on how to get through the gate into / out of the hotel grounds (waited a while to be let in). Limited availability of dinner menu options

Beautiful accommodation with a luxurious feel. A warm welcome. The service is excellent. The host was able to arrange a late-night excursion to Mount Etna, as a previously booked excursion was canceled at the last minute by the tour operator itself. A beautiful, spacious, and clean room, and a fantastic breakfast. We had a wonderful breakfast outside on the terrace. No negative points.

Breakfast was nice. There were nice choices. The property was so beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It looked luxurious and a really good value compared to where some friends were staying. The only thing is you need a car. It was a bit out of the way but so private and it was worth it for us.

Beautiful location and outstanding service . The food was excellent with great service. Though we booked two junior suites, one junior suite was just the same size as a Superior room.

Selection at bar very limited. Only one type of beer that was terrible. Food was good but service at restaurant was lacking.

Exceptional

Cozy hotel with lovely modern interior. Super friendly staff - helped us to plan the day and visit nice places. Large pool and beautiful small garden - top class. Good breakfast. Area outside hotel is not as nice as hotel itself, but we did not walk around either.

Superb

We had such a lovely stay. So calm and beautiful place with a stunning view over Etna. The pool area was great! We also loved the breakfast with fresh omelettes and the lunch with all kinds of tasty sandwiches and salads. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Superb

A very warm and extensive welcome with a free upgrade to a beautiful big room with bath tub. A beautifully designed and clean hotel. The swimming pool is big and amazing. Possibly the best breakfast I've had in a hotel. The restaurant serves tasty dishes with attention to detail. Be aware that the pool is not heated. The hotel is located in a residential area, you can't walk nicely around the hotel.
