Zash Country Boutique Hotel

Beautiful modern hotel with very spacious rooms, a gorgeous pool, and stunning grounds with incredible views of Etna. Everything felt stylish, peaceful, and really well designed. Dinner at the restaurant was beyond — absolutely worth it and one of the best meals we had on the trip. Breakfast was also lovely, with plenty of choice and a great way to start the day. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Would happily come back.

Great room and amazing restaurant. The private sauna and private/community pool were amazing. Our private steam room didn't get hot enough. The spa appointment was ok. Pool bar is closed on Sundays. Location is ok, the exit route has a lot of pot holes.

Amazing location: property surrounded by citrus trees with view of the sea and Etna. Beautiful and tasteful architecture: old meets new. Pool, drinks, food, breakfast and staff were all amazing. All booked extras with the hotel were great. Not really walking distance from anything, so a rented car or taxi service is needed to explore. But knowing that beforehand you won't get any surprises.

Everything ! The worst hotel ! Rude people ! O service . Dirty rooms. Horrible service. No food variéty. I followed the review and feel I was stolen.

WiFi was not working. Even after I complained they just said yea we will fix it and it was not fixed.

Noisy room window close to railway and many overnight trains passing by. It wasn’t communicated that outdoor pool and bar were closed and not available.

We paid extra for an upgraded room that was a real improvement. The restaurant manager was ver professional and service minded 1/ Charges for basic entry to the Spa 2/ Evening meals very limited unless you take the Michelin Star menu. 3/ Reception staff not really friendly 4/ internet was rubbish

Very relaxing location. Rooms clean and spacious. The staff is nice, friendly, and available to help you book spa, restaurants or even activities on the Etna. Next to a railway. Bring earplugs at night.

Very special place and unique. The rooms are beautiful, very freindly staff. One of the nicest places.

Excellent breakfast, room service and staff were super helpful, especially with arranging taxis/day trips. Very spacious room and beautiful surroundings. There's not much to do near the property, definitely rent a car or expect that you will need to arrange taxis everywhere. Rooms are a bit dated and could use a refresh, since everything is all white the wear easily shows.
