Sicilia Hotel Spa

We would definitely choose this hotel next time in Giarre, Sicilia! Loved all of it....

The room was spacious, a bed comfortable, powerful shower, and parking space was always available. Very friendly, helpful stuff. SPA was great, and I also added amazing, full body massage. I arrived during the Christmas. The restaurant wasn't operating, only breakfast was available. The breakfast was okay, but I was missing some vegetables. Many opinions if you like to eat in a sweet way. The room was not fully soundproof. You could hear people talking.

Car parking, spacious room Breakfast! Shambolic

The place was nice, has private parking available. The room is quite big and comfortable. The location is near the Etna mountain, so a perfect place if you want to visit Etna next morning. There was issue with our key card, which did not open our door multiple times, so at the end they gave us a physical key. The breakfast selection was really limited, there was no options to put something on your bread, no cheese etc.

Nice staff, and clean, beautiful, and spacious rooms. The pool wasn’t available to us because we were told there was a party the only full day we were staying at the hotel, and we didn’t get to go in during our stay. The restaurant was not open during our stay either. There is no one working at the front desk at night. The room was missing toiletries. The hallway carpets were also dirty and looked neglected.

- Parking is within the hotel quarters, so it definitely felt very safe to leave my van there. - Stylish rooms which feel new. Bed linen and towels were very clean. - Breakfast was top notch with a large variety of items to choose from. - Did not manage to use the facilities myself, but they've got a pool and a spa with various services. - Staff is very informative and polite. - Cannot complain about anything really apart from a bit of a tricky entrance to the parking which is on a main road in Giarre, and not much space to leave the van while entering the code to enter the premises at night.

This hotel is very good value for money. Lots of space for parking and the gates are closed for the night. Checking in was flawless and very fast. We got a big room with view to the Etna Volcano, amazing! Nice and cozy design, big bed, all toiletries provided. Small refrigerator in the room to cool down your drinks/snacks. Nice breakfast with optional hot food (eggs prepared to your liking), croissants with a cute filling station for them, fresh fruit, yogurts, good coffee. Nice breakfast room with lots of sun. The staff at the hotel made us feel very welcome. The room could use a little touch up.

Breakfast was varied and good The pool could have been open May 1 is the start of the "season" however the pool and other facilities were not open so no bar, no restaurant

Room was large and clean. There was plenty of parking. Breakfast was very nice. A/C and WiFi worked well. Could not understand why they had a disgustingly dirty stained carpet going up to and on the first floor. Definite turn off and impact on rating.

It has a very good restaurant within the hotel. You could also get bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast upon request. Pool closes at 5.30 and you have to book a deck chair as outsiders can make use of the pool.
