Property is under Maintenance. It’s a very nice property but not as clean. I think they are doing the complete changeover. So they are not maintaining the cleanliness for now.

The rooms were not kept up very well. There were many gaps in the ceiling and under the door that allowed mosquitos inside. The shower was spacious but did not drain well and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We ran out of toilet paper and it was never replaced. Small things that you could over look if it was only one item started to add up during our 3 night stay.

Recently I had a pleasure stay at FRii Gili, it was truly a super nice stay! The vibe was super chill . The location is amazing, right at a killer sunset beachfront! so worth it for its reasonable price. I'd definitely stay here again for my next stay!

The location of the hotel was good and the staff was really friendly, they gave us a free upgrade so we could have the rooms next to each other.

The resort was not too big, we got a free upgrade upon arrival. Staff is super friendly and supportive. Evie our host at the resort is the BEST. She made our stay pleasant and worry free.

It looked nice, staff were friendly, beds were comfortable, room was spacious. The air conditioning might as well not be there, it hardly changed the temperature. This was a dealbreaker for me as the room was always hot. The doors aren’t sealed properly, and have gaps, so we found insects and mosquitoes in our room.

Katut and Revan made our stay very enjoyable. They were so friendly and happy to chat to us and share local knowledge. The location on the beachfront is beautiful and the rooms comfortable. We were very happy with our stay, thank you to all the team. Though the facilities are being upgraded slowly we looked past this as the staff made the stay so enjoyable. The entire team was friendly and helpful that we loved our time here. I can't complain about anything.

i've spent my holiday at frii and am satisfied with the room, It is spacious with an outdoor bathroom, it's comfy, the beach also as lovely as the room, will definitely be back for my next trip on summer!

The room is best. Love the details on this room, the ceiling just ? Bed was so comfy, I spent most of the afternoon working in the room and at night went to Rabbit Jump Club next door. Will get back here for a second stay next summer

The staff was friendly and helpful, escorting us to room, restaurant and rabbit jump beach club. got free entry to the club as the guest of the resort! it was the best!

The bungalow in which we lived had almost no facilities or towels or proper cleanliness. The staff was the worst staff we have ever experienced in Bali. The staff asked us to do their work of getting towels or get water from places we don't even know giving the excuse that "we already have a lot of job to do so you do it yourself" There was water leakage in our room due to rain and no one even bothered to come and clean it even after several reminders. Even after several requests they didn't even give us fresh towels and asked us to use old stale towels which were smelling and dirty. Only 1 thing was good about this property that is "LOCATION" that's it.
