The Hotel looked really nice and new and the rooms were big. There were ants everywhere in the room and the stuff did nothing about it. The shower gel was empty during our whole stay.

I loved this place! Clean, cozy, quiet, my best stay during my travel. Loved the pool, the atmosphere, it felt like an affordable luxury hotel experience. Friendly staff, good location. There is nothing that I did not like here.

We stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect—just a 100m walk to Sunset Beach. We chose this side of the island because it’s quieter and more relaxed, but still only a 10-minute bike ride to the busier areas. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt practically brand new. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure with both hot and cold options. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and always did an excellent job. Breakfast was included and consistently delicious, with a great variety to choose from on the menu. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed and quick to organise activities for us. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend staying here!

Nice and quiet away from party side of the island. 5 mins walk to sunset beach with plenty of options to sit and watch the sunset over the mountains. island lost power for 24 hours while I was there. luckily this hotel has a super generator that powered everything. well. key card to use Aircon so when you leave the Aircon turns off.

There were some problems with water one day, but hope, that it's only one time issue, because I stay at seashell already third time ? two previous stays were without problems

AC worked but wasn’t the coldest. Key to unlock the door had to be inserted in key holder inside the room for power to work which made charging electronics while away not possible and the room was not cold when returning from being hot outside. The breakfast was just ok. It a committed bike ride to the east side where diving and snorkel trips go out from.

This is a fabulous accommodation with exceptionally friendly staff that is devoted to creating a welcoming environment. The rooms are spacious and the property is well maintained. I stayed here several times for days at a time. The pool is quiet and lovely and the location is on the best part of the island. You can did everything from restaurants and bars to shopping/ spas and the amazing sunsets are a 3 min walk away. They offer laundry service and have bikes on the premise, and a 24 hour staff. You will be at home here. 0

Gorgeous villa, very well maintained facilities. Would recommend a stay here. There was no fridge and it's on the quiet side of the island

Very nice place with a lovely pool and good, spacious rooms. Bed was very comfy, AC worked well. Staff friendly and easy-going. They even provide an electrical mosquito-killing machine :)) Breakfast was simple but good, beer was cold and affordable. A very short walk to the beach. Value for money was great considering the price-level on Gili T. It's on the other side of the island so you'll either have to walk quite a while with your luggage or taxi a rather pricey horse-cart. Not their fault and the same for all other hotels on this side of the island.

We did a cooking class and brought all of our leftovers back to the hotel, the fridge wasn't working and we mentioned it to them, they never sent anyone and so all of our food went bad. When they sent someone the next day they insisted they fixed it, and they didn't. Thus, it is absolutely a 1st world problem, but just super annoying and made our food/money go to waste.

Fairly new facility and a very comfortable bed. I can’t really categorize this as a problem, just a curiosity. The hanger bar in the closet was so high that you need to be at least 6 feet tall to reach it. (I’m 5’7” and at full stretch and on my toes I couldn’t reach it.)

Confy bed and sheets, super wide bathroom. Nice breakfast with a los of options. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom (wich my gf was greatful about). They serve you the breakfast into your room without any charges. They offer bikes for rent for a lower price than other places. They clean uf you room daily. The hotel is on the West side of the island and really close to the beach and other nice venues. When you take out the room key it turns off the refrigerator and AC but this can be fixed asking for a second key on the front desk.

Very cute and staff was amazing! The owner is a super sweet guy too and celebrated his birthday with everyone! Super close to the beach but away from the party strip I didn’t like how the bathroom was open to the outside, it allowed a lot of bugs to get into the room and we got lots of mosquito bites. They have a zapper provided in the room but we were in battle mode half the time fighting off the intruders (the bugs) - just have to keep the bathroom door closed to prevent it

Loved my stay at Sea Shell! It's very close to the chill and sunset side of the island, just 3 minutes away from the beach. Room was big, clean and very comfortable. Staff was very nice and breakfast was good and fresh. Would deffinitely return! Wifi was on and off sometimes

Very friendly staff, hotel is brand new, bed a bit stiff but good. I would definitely come back. It’s on the other of the island but short bike ride, not a big deal. Bring your own SIM card for internet
