Great place to enjoy sunset, our 2 bedroom villa was amazing, clean and really well maintained pool we enjoyed our stay here as it was really comfy with good breakfast and ofc an amazing friendly staff. however they need to work on their menu and food quality need to be increased not to just focus on indian food. Restaurant and Menu need some improvements

The property's distance from the harbor was unexpected. We recommend considering a bicycle or scooter rental for convenient transportation. The abundance of statues, which some guests may find unsettling, contributes to a somewhat eerie atmosphere. Additionally, a photograph of a woman was present in the room, and a partially clad statue was located in the reception area. Please be advised that selecting this room type may result in noise from neighboring accommodations.

Some staff are not friendly. I made a phone call ask them if they have oranges. They thought I wanted orange juice and send me 5 cups of orange juice. I said I asked not juice. They called me back and confirmed again with not friendly tone. Second morning that waitress seemed recognized me. I said thank you to her and she did not even look at me.

It is located in a quiet area of the island , not many people and the villa was really good , staff quite friendly and food delicious , definitely we were surprised on how good it was our experience after all , and decided to stay longer than planned . There was no consistency on the cleaning times for the rooms , after coordinating with them it was done better for everyone .

It’s very well maintained and clean A little bit difficult to get through , but it is not their fault , is the island design although pick up could be improved in the pier

An absolutely amazing resort! The beds were great, the private pool was spacious, and we had an incredible time. On top of that, the breakfast was truly amazing.

Staff at the Ombak Sunset are amazing. They attend to all needs of guests and with the biggest smile and pleasure. Location is outstanding if you want to be on the sunset side of the island. Even when we requested a baby sitter last minute every night they had someone for us right away. That really makes the stay so pleasant. Our pool villa was nice but the water could have been cleaner. We didn’t complain though because there is a water shortage on the island and it is the Gili Islands in the end of the day so it’s understandable. We still used it and our kids loved it!

Wide, rooms like bungalows, open bathrooms, renting bikes from hotel, spa, breakfast was good. Helping in tours and renting horse cargo with similar prices like market. Internet in room wasn’t good. Insects in bathrooms due to it being outdoor I guess but it’s fine .

Loved everything, rooms are perfect, comfortable with a outdoor bathroom, taking shower at night with the stars are amazing ? and the first experience entering the room was amazing, with the classic music and the flowers around, also amazing pool beach front and breakfast with many options, they also rent bike to explore the island

Great villa; clean and quiet. Pool was tremendous- large and clean. Fun swim up bar. Breakfast was diverse offerings satisfying to everyone in our family. Bike rentals were great to get to the noisy party side No complaints about the property.
