Cleanliness, quality customer service . The property has no beach. Other properties have their own beach. The photos were deceiving showing access to the beach.

The staff were amazing. They were so welcoming and attentive. Dea, Hadi, Jo, Forzi, and Osman deserve special recognition. The location was perfect away from the bars. Super clean and great facilities. The pool area was incredibly relaxing. Stunning sunsets and evening entertainment.

facilities are in good condition overall. Location is great to see the sunset. Staff were really nice. There was a recurring electrical issue in the room which affected our experience. While we understand that technical problems can happen, the issue persisted daily and required multiple visits from staff without a clear resolution. A room change was only offered on our last night, quite late, which made the process inconvenient since we had to pack in the dark. More importantly, the situation was not acknowledged at check-out, and no official apology was offered, which was disappointing. With a more proactive and responsive approach, this could have been handled much better.

Amazing hospitality and amenities. All the staff is very helpful and attentive during your entire stay. We felt like we were at home. Dea especially took great care of us and helped us with all the activities we wanted to do while on the island and really went out of her way to explain and handle everything. We had a great and amazing stay. We will definitely come again. Everything was excellent.

Location, amenities, food, staff. I had an injured foot so they gave me the closest room possible to avoid walking too much . Everything was great.

It’s an amazing hotel! The rooms and amenities are carefully designed to ensure the best possible experience for every guest. Everything feels comfortable, clean, and well thought out. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile and ready to help with anything you might need at any time of the day. The food is delicious, with great variety and quality in every meal. The location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings, especially the beautiful sunsets that make each evening feel special. It’s truly a place that makes you feel at home while offering the comfort and beauty of a top-notch getaway.

Breakfast was fabulous, all requests were met with a Yes and a smile. All Staff were fabulous, bar boys were very polite, happy and helpful. All meals were well presented and fresh with plenty of variety. Entertainment each night meant that we did not need to leave the resort, singers and fire dancers were all great entertainers. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable, bathroom outside was good and products supplied were nice. Back pool needs a little attention and I did not like being told that it was for only guests who stayed in the back of the hotel, there was no one in it and the front pool was packed with no available sun beds.

Celebrating my birthday at Kardia was the best decision! ? The atmosphere was beautiful, the food and drinks were perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make the stay really special, with special thanks to Moyo and Dea. Their kindness and attention made the experience unforgettable. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate — highly recommend Kardia on Gili T!

Staff Cost

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The pool was lovely overlooking the ocean. The food was great and inexpensive. There were delicious cocktails and fun entertainment. The sunsets were beautiful. It was a great vacation spot for our family with a teenager. There was a mix up with my cooking class. It seems they should create a system where you sign up for the day and time of classes online.

Everything! Lovely, welcoming staff. Delicious food for breakfast and dinner, beautiful room and super comfortable and large bed. Nice pool with sea view and you can see turtles in the morning with high tide. Nothing really, everything was perfect!

The staff was absolutely amazing, I had just come from a not so pleasant hotel and booked the kardia and their hospitality exceeded my expectations. I also arrived to the island a little late in the day barely missing the afternoon tea time and they had tea and a variety of snacks waiting for me in my room. i greatly appreciated that they ensured my safety and again hospitality was amazing!! Everything was amazing!
