Very clean and new. And the best sunset spot on Gili Trawangan. The employees are super friendly and nice. The breakfast was not ready at all when it should have started

The pools, design, and location are absolutely stunning. Junaid and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful with everything! Breakfast was also wonderful. The towels were very old and raggedy. Some had holes and excessive wear which I didn’t feel reflected the quality/price of the property. Maintenance like doing paint touch ups in rooms could be helpful to keep the property looking its best!

It has a great location and the hotels architecture and landscaping is very nice, a great spot to relax. The staff was friendly but at times came across as not being genuine. The cottage was nice and everything was very clean, and overall we had a very good stay I think the property is great, they have a huge beautifull pool, however now coming back 2 years later it regressed alot. Alot of tiles in the pool were missing with sharp edges being exposed wich hurt if you stepped on them. So i would really urge the owner to fix this, i think hotel lumi is the best hotel in gili, but they need to keep the quality level as high as it was 2 years ago, or else this beautifull place will lose its magic

beautiful grounds, stunning pools, gorgeous location, most staff were wonderful The card only payment system can lead to issues as you must carry card everywhere on the property. It would be better if you accepted cash or had a hotel tab system. Unfortunately, my credit card was lost/stolen while I was at the pool bar. I had to cancel my card which caused issues at my next accommodation in Bali

Perfect location Very peaceful yet lively you’ll never feel bored The two pools are beyond perfect, one overlooking the beach (so livable and interactive provides excellent sunset view too) And the other made of salty sea water ( so calming and romantic after sunset) A wide variety of food and beverages with lots of halal options and is available 24hrs, so perfect! The rooms are very nice so clean and new The staff are very friendly welcoming and hospitable The whole place is very aesthetically pleasing They provide you with two bicycles for free The beach at this side of the island is so shallow not suitable for swimming, but the pool made of sea water made up for that so didn’t cause a problem for us.

The staff were warm and attentive, always happy to help with island activities or just make the stay extra special. Whether you're seeking a romantic escape or a slow-paced retreat with friends, Hotel Lumi is a dreamy home base on Gili T. I wish they had more variety for the breakfast buffet.

This must be the most beautiful hotel on Gili T especially for the value for money. They have 2 pools and one of them was warm which was really nice. 100% recommend. Super relaxing.

The most beautiful vacation spot in the most heavenly resort ? my partner and I were absolutely impressed by the location, the beautiful grounds of this luxury hotel, the 2 stunning pools, the sensational breakfast, the exceptionally friendly staff... absolutely blown away by our extremely relaxing and comfortable stay. The grounds are beautifully kept, with many sun beds and hammocks to relax either by the pool or in the gardens. 2 beautiful pools, one facing the ocean with a swim up bar, the other surrounded by art. All so relaxing and peaceful. There was also a small gallery with beautiful art. The whole setting of the hotel is tasteful, beautiful and pleasing to the eye. The staff are beyond helpful, friendly and hospitable. You feel so welcomed! We had a lovely room with a nice hammock to relax, great air conditioning, very comfortable bed and pillows, nice hot shower. Everything was set out perfectly, very comfortable, clean, lovely and modern. Breakfast was so yummy, beautiful and perfectly baked pastries and a variety of yummy treats and drinks to choose from. Absolutely perfect location to capture the sunset in the evening, in easy walking distance from the open air cinema, lots of bars, restaurants and of course straight across from the beach! Also, free bike rentals here too! Absolutely recommend and thank you again ?

The cottage we lived in was perfect. It had everything we needed and even more. There is an amazing sunset spot, pool and very helpful staff. They treated us like princesses. The great addition was the free bikes the hotel provides so we didn’t need to care about anything. Everything was great!
