Over priced for what you get .

The rooms are large and spacious, the beach is very beautiful, very friendly stuff. room where breakfast is served is very hot and stuffy, no air, I recommend to management stop abusing guests like this and open the windows and doors.

Some of the resort facilities are falling apart (cracks on pool tiles, tears in sunbeds, trash in hotel beach). Overpriced food/breakfast at hotel restaurant.

We absolutely love staying here—it’s our favourite place on Gili Trawangan Island, and we’ve been coming back for three years in a row. The staff are incredible and always up for a laugh, my husband’s nickname “Mr. Jeffrey” never fails to make us smile. The food is amazing every time, whether we’re dining in the restaurant, at the bar, or enjoying room service—it’s always to a high standard. We especially love having the option to sit on the beachfront for breakfast each morning. It is an incredible resort to stay at for all ages and is absolutely worth the price. ?

This was our second time staying at this resort, having thoroughly enjoyed a one-week stay here two years ago. Because of those fond memories, we booked #2 rooms a 5-night stay expecting a premium 5-star experience to match the high price tag. Unfortunately, the reality fell short. While the location remains the absolute best spot for snorkeling, almost everything else has declined: - The Food: The overall food quality in the restaurants has dropped noticeably compared to our first visit. - The Room: Our bathroom shower was terrible, featuring a cheap hose that felt more like a 1-star motel than a 5-star resort. - Amenities: The pool areas and beach lounge chairs are heavily outdated and need immediate replacement. They were undergoing some renovations during our stay, but given the current high prices and lack of maintenance, we are highly unlikely to book this hotel again. food quality breakfast pool and beach beds and sunbeds toilet, shower hose beside water weak pressure

The property keep the garden very need , clean , staff always smiles and helpful to guests , hotels upgrade us room close to the beach and let us get the room 1 hr. earlier and special thanks to Mr. Mahmuludin he’s helping us every time I needed Hotel property have Lots of lounge chairs and sun cots for guests Free fill up drinks water at the lobby The beach area have lots of dead corals and rocks, it’s hurt my feet when walking to the water , I fell down my knees got some cut That’s the only problem, when I come back to Gili Trawangan I would stay at Jambuluwuk Ocean hotel again

The beach is great About the timing of check out

The grounds were beautiful, with winding paths throughout the entire complex. The pool was great for the kids and not until the last day did we discover another absolutely beautiful pool at the end of the complex. This pool had a swim up bar (no bartender was on duty when we were there tho), waterfalls that you could walk under, and the pool was long enough to do laps. Thre was also a pool table We never ate in the restaurant, just ordered food around the pool or across the street at their beach location. The food was great and there was plenty to choose from, vegetarian options included. The resort also had bicycles you could rent for about $5/day, which we did for a few days. Great location - beach is across the street, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Location was good. Loved GiliT Island vibe, very relaxing, snorkling off the beach was good. Split Airconditioner 2nd storey kept on switching off and needed fixing daily - very hot in that space, uncomfortabe to sleep Lower split Airconditioner worked well Breakfast option was ok not great.

Everything about this property was amazing, it was likely our favourite whilst in Bali. It was at the best side of the island, in my opinion. Very clean, modern, lovely friendly staff. Great beachfront beds with turtles popping their heads up as we sunbathed or snorkelled. The restaurant was nice with good food. We paid one morning for the buffet breakfast which was expensive and didn’t really enjoy it as much as just ordering off the menu.

Everything is good

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bedding was incredibly comfortable especially the pillows! had fabulous sleeps!. The pools were lovely and everything was very clean The music around the pool could have been a little quieter.... this resort is not a party resort so relaxing around the pool with lower volume music would be better. Also just a thought, given this is a small island and reducing rubbish, in my opinion is high priority, maybe the resort could take away the slippers in the room. I saw so many on the beach and just laying around it seems like a waste of money for the resort and also a lot of needless rubbish. I dont really think anyone expects these here.

Beautiful in front of the beach, great side of the room, clean and friendly staff Nothing

Awful pool music at the entrance pool, which they did not agree to switch off so we had to move to another room. When booking via hotel staff a horse carriage to the port, we were assured that it will come by certain time we requested. At the end it arrived only 30 min. later so we nearly missed the boat. The hotel person told this is not his problem and did not do anything. We were very disappointed and frustrated. You cannot rely on them booking the local “horse taxi”, book it well in advance.

That it was close to the beach, but the island it was small so everything was close to the beach. The rooms were not very clean, and the bathroom definitely needs a deep cleaning and possibly some repairs. I understand that the water in Bali is not the best, but since the hotel is rated as a 4-star property, I expected more. The bathroom and beach towels were so stained that we had to request several times for them to be changed. The breakfast was fine — you could always find something to eat — but if you were vegan or had allergies, I’m not sure they had many options. The beach didn’t have guaranteed seating, as anyone could come and take a chair on the hotel’s beach as long as they ordered something.

Great hotel with lovely staff and fantastic location away from the busy areas of Gili T but still within walking distance. We walked to the main area of restaurants and bars every evening and it felt safe. We arrived really late to the hotel after an ordeal to get there (all ferry’s cancelled!) but the staff were amazing and even went on a scooter to get us homemade pizzas as the kitchen at the hotel was closed and our children had not eaten all day! Great beach movies every evening and breakfast was amazing!!
