Great staff and great location.

Staff were very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Aircon worked well. Well positioned on turtle beach. Nothing really. Hair drying and sink plug found to be faulty but replaced immediately upon notification. This did not affect the overall satisfaction of our stay.

I loved the location even tho it’s 30 min walk from the harbor but it’s away from all the noise. I loved the area and a pool and their beach area a lot. Also rooms are spacious. WiFi connection was very slow in the room and absolutely absent sound proof. If you are on a first floor you can hear people walking on the second floor.

Big modern room. Many eating areas to choose from. Service was excellent. The staff are very friendly and always ask if you need anything else. They never forget your name. No satellite tv as stated. Needs more hanging space in the bathroom. Best

A la carte breakfast was delicious with a good number of options. We could eat in the restaurant, on the beach, or in our room. We stayed in the private villa with our family and it was beautiful and very spacious. The resort helped us arrange everything we needed for our vacation (snorkeling trip, bikes, laundry, etc) Our a/c wasn’t working great our first couple of days, but they did fix it after we asked them.

Everything and everyone were amazing. The staff couldn't have done enough for us. It was super clean and up market. Sitting on the beach drinking cocktails and watching all of the turtles swim by was fantastic. Their Trainee made the best cocktails on the Island.

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a warm atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with great variety. A big thank you to the team for making our stay so enjoyable – we truly felt cared for and will definitely return!

The staff working was the best special thanks to Hasti she was the best! The eggs benedict in the breakfast were teh best, honestly one of the best breakfast we had so far during our trip in Indonesia! We did not like that to move around the island you need to use horses, and this stay is like 30-40 minute walk from the port. In addition all food was good but we had really bad fried squid it was really hard to eat.
