Coco Lemon Gili Resort

What I liked most is the staff, all of them are my friends now because they are so friendly, welcoming. I really feel i have new friends now because of them . maybe they food took a lot of time to come.

Our stay at Coco Lemo was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The biggest highlight of this place is definitely the staff. There are three people in particular two guys and a girl who made our experience so much better. They were unbelievably welcoming, friendly, and just so cool! We are already planning to come back just to see them again and catch up. The room was huge, and that outdoor bed is unreal. We didn't even have time to swim in the pool, but we'll definitely do it next time. Breakfasts were beautiful (served right to the room!), the fresh juices were delicious, and they gave us bikes and raincoats whenever we needed them. Everyone was so kind and sweet. An amazing stay, we’ll be back for sure! 10/10 ?? Nothing

Very cute place and friendly staff. The room is large est comfortable. The breakfast was great too! A bit remote but it’s part of the charm.

It’s in a great location and the pool is superb! The rooms were also very clean and the staff was easily the best and friendliest of any hotel I’ve ever been!

The room and the bathroom are very spacious. Plus big balcony. Safety locker is also provided. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Its not a beach property and a little away from the main area of the island. So you might have to rent an e-bike or a bicycle as per your preference.

Room was beautiful overlooking the pool. Clean and comfortable with an outdoor day bed on he balcony. There is also a big yoga studio on the property I used to get a workout in. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Bikes for rent too! At times the pool could have been kept cleaner but easy fix. You need to rent a bike to get to the beach but that is expected for the quiet location.

The ac wasn't cooling... woke up middle of the night cus it was hot. Day time better to be out than stay in. They said they will take a look at it tho. Still wasn't cooling the way we expected. But other than that it was good. Staff were very helpful and kind.

The hotel is better than in the pictures. They offer bike rentals to explore the island, the staff is really helpful. I goy the Bali Belly and Iki (hotel concierge) gave me some advices and medicines. They should organize better the orders and breakfast time.

The staff were lovely to chat with from the pool bar while they made us cocktails. They arrange yoga in a big elevated open air studio onsite… this experience with a local yogi was a trip highlight. The property is cute with well maintained gardens and colourful but not tacky decor. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The staff organised a scooter to be delivered to us. The location is away from all the busyness of the main area but still easy to get to. On arrival we did chose to walk to the property off the ferry (we had light backpacks) and it was only a 30 min stroll taking in the surrounds and getting our bearings. Pool wasn’t skimmed regularly enough to keep it clean

Superb

We loved the pool and the breakfast brought straight to our room. There really wasn't much to dislike. If I had to say something, I'd say the location is a bit further for walking. 22 minutes to the beach on foot. But just use a bike and you'll be fine

I felt in love with this place. I hate the best breakfast, especially the mango juice. The WiFi I working very well I cannot wait to come back and try their meals. The owner is the best She was so nice to me, as were the others employees Honesty nothing, may be, I would suggest to inflate the bikes tires. And clean up the yoga room.

Cute rooms and pool area! Jama (I don’t know how to spell her name!) was incredible and the rest of the staff were really nice too. Spacious & clean rooms in an ok location.

The villa had a traditional thatched roof, and bugs were constantly falling from it and biting us. Despite informing the staff, they refused to move us to another room or offer any compensation. My boyfriend’s bites became infected and took weeks to heal. They also promised to bring us medication but never followed through. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing and unsafe experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Exceptional

I liked the rooms and the pool with the swim up bar. Staff where helpful with recommendations. We paid 50k everyday for 3 bikes so 150k a day. We got given locks. We locked our bikes outside of a pool restaurant to come back to one of our bikes being stolen. We reported this straight away but got charged £134. We were shown no policies before hand, we happily paid each day for the 3 bikes that weren’t in the best condition anyway. Tire puncture, not enough locks for 1 each we had to share, rusty and squeaky. Think the price was slightly unreasonable due to the amount we paid each day and no policies being shown before hand. We would recommend a deposit policy or showing policies before hand - or altering for stolen (it was not lost or broken by us it was stolen which was not our fault)
