Kelapa Villas

Overall stay was good, rooms and bathrooms were clean. Pool and kitchen area as well. Villa size was really good and all of our group was satisfied with it. Surprisingly, on our arrival, we were told by the manager Reene that there is no helper or Bell boy is available to transfer our luggage to the Villas. So out of 4 villas we booked, we had to drag luggage to 3 Villas in afternoon, which were quite a distance from the reception and the pathway was also rough. That was a terrible landing experience in such hot afternoon. RESPONSE TO PROPERTY REPLY : When you know the group size and arrival time, you should have managed the support staff accordingly, its a normal practice for any property management to keep sufficient staff as per their property size. Reene attended us very well at the reception and guided to villas...but the luggage were dragged by us only. Please do not take my review to justify the fault, just work upon it for all your future guests. That is what our motto is for this review.

The hotel is wonderful. The staff are very helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The private pool is amazing and very private The villa is very spacious, calm and well located. Need to add more towels (especially bathrobes). Need to provide more basic amenities like toothpaste, toothbrush, and sanitary bags.... Improve the Wi-Fi connection. Adjust the villa lighting (the yellow “romantic” lights end up being uncomfortable). Make sure all windows have proper locks for safety and privacy. Add a bath

Great villa in Gili T. It is one of the best villas we stayed in during your trip. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and the villa itself is stunning.

I booked 2 villas for a special birthday, we all had a great time. The managers wrote and offered help and info upon booking. The staff welcomed us warmly on arrival and took care of all our special requests. The villas were clean and fully equipped. We will come back.

Super cosy place to stay, has everything we needed. The staff were really friendly and helpful, great with recommendations and things to do. The information book in the villa was great, that helped with planning our stay! The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable! Plenty of plug sockets in the bedroom also which was great! The sofa was great to relax on after exploring the island by bike The pool was a good place to relax and cool off in

It was a great experience to stay there! It's a super nice Villa area with lovely staff. They help you wherever they can and bring your breakfast to the villa! Can definitely recommend staying here!

Nice open lounge area A little tired / work and building materials inside villa compound should not be there / needs a bit of an overhaul especially for the price / restaurant area was not very nice

It’s the second time when we turn back here again. Amazing place. Love all detail. The best experience in Gili island. As for Indonesia great breakfast which you can choose. Feeling like paradise.

Lovely villa with a private pool at a quiet part of Gili T. It was great to be away from the main stretch but within walking distance of the Northern restaurants. It was about 15 mins by horse and cart from the main area- we didn’t mind it as we enjoyed the peace!
