The accommodations were comfortable and beautifully designed, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Loved the peaceful atmosphere and relaxing pool. Highly recommend for a tranquil and enjoyable retreat on Gili Trawangan. Regarding the access to the property, during the rainy season the roads can become muddy. Many visitors reach the area by walking, renting bikes, scooters or horses chariots .

We had a wonderful stay at these villas. The place was spacious, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. One of the best parts was the amazing staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The villas it’s located a bit from the harbor, but if you rent a bike it’s a perfect solution. Cycling to the nearby restaurants was not only easy but also really enjoyable. The beaches and restaurants closer to the villas were much better than the ones near the harbor. If you want peace. It only took about 5 minutes by bike to get to them.

Our one Bedroom Villa with a private pool was very comfortable and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and they can arrange for transport within the island and transport to Bali. The food is really good. Recommend the Utara Exocit pizza. Plenty of vegetarian options available as well. Thanks to the staff for a very comfortable stay!

The staff were genuinely so nice and friendly. Nothing was a hassle to organize for us. The rooms were big and clean with a nice pool. We even had a cute little kitten that decided we were its people for our stay and hung out with us. We liked it all. The location is maybe a little far to walk from the main part of town if you want to go out for drinks at night (only far when its hot). But staff organized bikes to be delivered to the accomodation for us. They'll order a horse and cart that will take you anywhere to the accomodation if you dont want to ride

The property is gorgeous and the location is good. The bathrooms in the bedroom have a horrible drainage smell. And sometimes the staff did not clean the plates and cutlery until hours later or the next day.

This place was heaven. The villa we had was amazing and so beautiful. Everything was very clean and very well preserved. The swimming pool was the best and the space was very (both the room and the space outside with the swimming pool). The staff was super helpful and lovely. They helped us with everything (including renting bicycles). Location wise was perfect too, very close to the beach and the centre (having a bicycle is a must). Also the area was so quiet that you could chill at your swimming pool without hearing a thing. If you want to enjoy Gili T but also have relaxing time, Utara Villas is your place. Absolutely nothing

The staff are so lovely, every single one of them do everything with a smile and go out of their way to make sure you have the best stay. Our villa was so beautiful and clean - the pool especially was lovely. We opted for the honeymoon package which I would definitely recommend which included a romantic dinner in the villa which was absolutely memorable. The room service was great and everything is walking distance. We would definitely come back here! Nothing - it was perfect!

Everything was great: the comfort of your own luxurious villa with a private pool and everything you need brought by very nice staff right there. Breakfast was served everyday at the time you requested it. It was v good and a great way to start the say after having a quick swim (bathing more) in the private pool. The personnel put us in contact with a bike services person and a snorkeling team - they really made it easy for us. We definitely recommend this to couples and families alike. The people were lovely. It is definitely one of the best locations we stayed at. You won’t regret it. We wished we had stayed 2 more nights.
