Marc Hotel Gili Trawangan

Hotel location is just next to harbor. So you don't need to take horse ride and take luggage for long walk. As soon as you arrive at harbor; this property is right next to it Breakfast had a very limited Veg options.

Location location location Air con was not as cool as I like but it did the trick.

The towels were not as fresh as they might have been & the swimming pool should have a ladder exit to the lounge bean bags

The property was right beside the harbour and in the heart of the action. We did not have to take an expensive horse and buggy to get to our place. Everything was great. The lighting was a little bit low in the rooms, but it was not a big deal.

There were some issue during our stay, leaking on outside bathroom room door, white curtain hasn’t been hanging and phone doesn’t work, but they are kindly enough to move us to another room. Although they made a lot of noise like 5:30 in the morning when we called the receptionist around 6:15 asking what it was all about and they told us our room is above the restaurant. Thought gonna be more mindful but no, they didn’t stop moving around table and chairs around.

It was a 5 minute walk from the harbor and very close to the main downtown area. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Free breakfast as well. Don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. Loved it.

The property was good overall. I had some issues with the air conditioning, but the staff moved me to a different room on the second day. The internet also had issues for two days, so that was a bit complicated. For the price, I expected a little more. But the staff there is amazing, always charismatic and attentive. That's it, overall it was okay.

We loved the location of the hotel, just aside of the night market, mini shops and 2 mins walk from the boat dock. Breakfast, pool, overall staffs were responsive and helpful. The room was alright however there was no jet shower considering we were still in "Indonesia". It would've been so much more useful.

Generally the hotel and facilities were good although some details had a DIY feel about it. All staff are totally obliging and committed to helping guests in any way they can. There are many stairs from the street level to the lobby level and staff become porters in an instant with luggage on their backs running up or down those stairs making the arrival or departure easy. The location is very close to the boat harbor and in the center of Gili T buzz. Yet sleeping is never interrupted by any noise. Ants in the rooms. Multiple light switches with no labels as to what light each switch is for. Some plumbing issues interfering with water outlets.

Located within easy walking distance from the ferry terminal. Close to restaurants and bars. Room was on ground floor and was clean, quiet and aircon worked well. Bed was comfortable with two pillows per person. Decent WiFi in room, but unable to connect in restaurant at breakfast times. Nice outlook over pool to the ocean and Gili Meno. There wasn’t any information in the room about the hotel and services offered. No room service or reception number on our room phone. There are steep steps leading into the hotel, with no one watching for guests arriving to help bring the bags up the steps.

The location is good by the ferry. Staff were friendly The rooms were dirty and had a funky smell. We had to move rooms due to the stench. Towels/sheets were stained and there was a fair bit of mould build up around the rooms.

Perfect position There was an area to hang your clothes but no shelves to put underwear etc. unless you are 6 foot plus tall. The water was only refilled if and when and I’m not sure if the room was actually cleaned, rather than just the sheets pulled o er.
