Nothing, all good!

You get what you pay for. Good place to stay for diving. Sometimes the noise.

Great sized room, clean, hot shower, bed super comfy (except hard pillows), kettle with coffee in room, nice pool, great staff, cold water provided, great free breakfast, very quiet considering right in the middle of the night life, less than 100m from ferry terminal. Maybe another softer pillow option?

They once took them away and plugged the holes in the wall where the TV brackets were.

Location is good (near the harbor and main restaurants) and also a good breakfast No privacy in the shower, there was a guy looking at me while showering because there’s no roof. Low maintenance, the door on the first room didn’t fit, so a mouse came in. A lot of noise, both from the club right next door unril 3am and mosque (start to pray by 4:50AM).

Exceptional

The location is great, just a few minutes away from the harbour so you can walk (and don't use the horses). The rooms are very spacious and clean. The outdoor bathroom is very nice aswel. There are many choices for breakfast to choose from and it tastes very good! The staff is amazing and they are all so nice and helpfull! We had our loundry done for 25.000IDR/ kg and we were able to book extra nights in the same room. We also loved the cat hanging around. Since you are staying in the middle of all the bars and restaurants, you can expect to hear noise at night. Nothing some ear plugs can't fix. The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was the water pressure in the bathroom. It went from running to stop running throughout the shower. But with a little bit of patience, this is not a big problem. The shower just takes a bit longer that's all.

The place is nicely located despite 3 separate requests to fix the wifi it was not done. The room is less than anywhere standard and in bad need of upgrade. The food was mediocre. I changed hotels after my first night. Found a place nearby that was more 4 star but only about $10 more.

Very noisy during the night as the place is just in the middle of all the night clubs of the island.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfy and quiet, although the hotel is located in the bus part of town. Many restaurants and bars are around the corner. Recommended if you are looking for a convenient, comfy place.

Nice pool, good breakfast, nice staff. A little noisy, but definitely bearable.
