This hotel is a five-star hotel. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff provided outstanding service and made us feel very well looked after. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and everything was of a very high standard. We had an amazing stay. We didn’t have any issues with the hotel itself. The only thing worth mentioning is the horse cart transportation to and from the property, as it is the main way to reach the hotel with luggage. This is not the hotel’s fault, but on both trips the driver changed the agreed price when we arrived. My advice is to pay before the trip starts. That way you can avoid any misunderstanding or unexpected charges.

PinkCoco Gili Trawangan was truly one of the most magical hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we completely fell in love with the beautiful pink concept every corner of the hotel feels dreamy, stylish, and full of personality. What made the experience even more special were the constant surprises throughout our stay. Every detail felt carefully designed to create unforgettable moments for guests. The facilities are impeccable, the pool looks like something out of a dream, and our room was simply perfect comfortable, aesthetic, and incredibly relaxing. The staff completely stole our hearts, especially Olivia, Amanda, and Deng. Their kindness, energy, and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and cared for during our entire stay. They are the soul of this beautiful place. We also absolutely loved the sunset activity and the fire show such magical experiences that made our nights in Gili unforgettable. PinkCoco is not just a hotel, it’s an experience full of joy, beauty, and amazing memories. We already miss it and we cannot wait to come back and spend another season in this paradise. We had a great stay at PinkCoco Gili Trawangan. Everything was very clean, aesthetic, and beautifully maintained. We had accidentally booked two nights by mistake and although the booking was non-refundable, the staff still went out of their way to arrange a complimentary floating breakfast for us, which was a really thoughtful gesture and showed excellent customer service. We also rented an electric scooter directly from the property, which was very convenient. The evening fire shows paired with the perfect sunset views made the whole experience even more special. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

We absolutely loved the constant surprises (aka free snacks brought over every 15 min). We've never stayed at a hotel that offered something like this before and it was awesome. The pink vibe, the pool, the free cookie jar, the overall service was excellent, and we were able to rent bikes for 24h for 70k which we thought was a good deal. The evening fire show also blew us away. I am so happy this is where we chose to stay! The only things we could think of that could be improved was 1) food quality was not great- the breakfast sausages were very cold, guacamole didn't taste fresh, and my couscous bowl was dry and missing the hummus. 2) we got laundry done here but our black items came back with sticky white lint all over that's hard to remove. Despite these 2 things, I still highly recommend for anyone to stay here (just eat breakfast and do laundry somewhere else which isn't a big deal).

The staff, location, food… pinkcoco is simply amazing! They bring you food and drinks for free while you’re enjoying the pool, and they take care of every detail. The room was really nice and clean. And they have a show every night for their guests. Sunsets from this beach are speechless. A really good option for accommodation in this beautiful island. Nothing

Lots of insects that would pool up on water by sink, could have had a thicker top blanket, and could have facial tissue provided.

Everything was amazing! Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, they had free ice cream every time, the massages and food are awesome! They have many options to breakfast and the best is the sunset point view and their night show!

All the special things they did and little surprises throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, but they need more staff to accommodate all the guests. The bathrooms could use conditioner.

Beach: the hotel has a great deck with fire show, recommended. Breakfast is the highlight, great choice, great kitchen - 5 stars. Pool is good, can do laps or just hang around. The rooms are tired, need new paint. Bathroom to dark for a shave.
