Very near the harbor, which is nice. the residence 1 basically have everything you need and more: private pool, kitchen, two bedrooms. for a parents with special needs kid like me, it was enormous. Food's great. All of the Staff's awesome. Breakfast is top notch. check out time lol. maybe 12.00 or possible 13.00 late check out time is golden. and in the late night the pub next to this property is really loud but it's not the property's fault

Location was amazing, staff was friendly (especially the amazing Ardana!) and accommodating. Breakfast which was included was amazing. Bed was comfortable. It was really loud of an evening till 4am we didn’t sleep for 3 days. We asked to move and it was fully booked. sadly it’s not the hotels fault it comes from the Irish bar next door. On our last night they moved us to a villa with extra charge which was better.

The bed is shockingly hard The towels are all worn torn and ours had holes The room we were given was at the back corner - behind the wall was a water pump room with horrible noise. We requested to cancel the 3 night booking - but they would NOT accomodate. They did offer a free meal, we gave it to the local Balinese diving instructor. The shower was nice room size was big lots of light in the room snorkeling from the front of hotel was decent This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel by any means. The bed was comfortable. Liked the sitting area and drying rack outside the room. Loved the restaurant right on the beach. It was a great place for drinks and dinner. Beautiful views from the pool area and great snorkeling out front. They could clean a little better. There was a huge cobweb hanging from the ceiling. The breakfast items need to have covers over them. Instead of just open getting cold with bugs flying all around it. Not very appealing. But they do cook up the eggs fresh.

This is not fault of the resort, but there were cats wandering around tables in the restaurant and also around the pool. Some people find it comfortable, but not us. The music can get very loud at nights. We slept with earplugs, so it didn’t bother us that much, but it’s good to be aware of the noise. We would still totally come back here. :)))

The beach house is a super nice super clean super equipped place. Two pools. One more to party the other one to hang and read. Our room was really clean and had everything you want.

Location was good, and live music, specially stuff Arnada, was very helpful. All the stuff was friendly The basic room was too small

The people working there so friendly and they will do anything you ask them to do Wi-Fi Internet and the room is very bad. Only in the Reception area is good.
