There was large absorpant cloth in the toilet when I arrived and it needed nothing more than flushing. The hotel lobby/reception very disorganized (empty boxes, dark hallway). Staff were very kind but didn’t look professional

Incredibly friendly staff, very conveniently located, and because it is an extended stay hotel they have lending lockers for items you might need for cooking or staying in the hotel. Towels are teeny tiny. Not a problem if you are staying for awhile, you likely have your own, but for a weekend with the family due to a sports tournament it was rough. It was also a little worn and could use a refresh in the shower areas especially.

We travel with our cats. It is difficult to find really nice places to stay with them. Very pleased with this facility....and the cats were happy too.

The staff were very nice. Someone knocking on the door early in the morning asking if I wanted late checkout wasn't cool. Otherwise the stay was perfectly adequate.
