Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. The location was convenient, and both the breakfast and the pool/hot tub area were outstanding. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

It was the cleanest hotel that I can ever remember staying in. It went beyond my expectations and served the needed purpose. If I had to really search for something to improve on Id say maybe the creaky elevator.

The room was excellent, clean accommodating and plenty of electrical outlets. The room was spacious for three people!

Coffee was very weak and hard to get. Coffee machine in room did not work either

The staff was friendly and kind and always willing to help but had no support in a leadership manner to properly do their jobs. I will absolutely continuing staying at Holiday Inn Expresses, however I recommend additional Support to this particular property.
