We didn’t stay 5 min and there were 5 dead bugs that we could see pulled the covers off bed and there were stains on sheets asked for refund she argued said I was there longer than I was It was disgusting my kids asked if they could sleep in car we left

The staff was friendly- apologetic- and helpful. The rooms were dirty- the place is very run down- and the air conditioning did not work.
-
Conveniently located for our event Bathroom/tub was disgustingly dirty. Soap scum build up, black build up on and around non slip sticky steps in the tub and around the faucet/drain pieces.
-
You did not ask me what I didn’t like. Coffee was horribly weak and breakfast was substandard.

Expedia doesn’t represent this property the way it actually is ! It’s disgusting !

The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was very good!

Our room was mostly clean…besides some yucky looking stained towels. The beds were mostly comfy. But the best part was the A/C. After a day of 100 degree softball games, the A/C worked very hard to keep us cool all night long. Would I stay here again? Meh, probably not.

Everything was clean!!!! and the AC worked great! Breakfast was poor and room was dark and depressing. The hotel did not have anyplace welcoming to sit besides your room. It has been remodeled but the decor is off and it looks like random pictures wee hung to cover holes in the wall or something. Office area junky and dated. The rooms were clean but furniture arranged strangely. With a few new decorating ideas the inside would be much better. Entry and parking was clean.

We were headed across Wyoming one day, away from the armpit, and toward the front left shoulder, aka Gillette. As we rolled into town on a weekday, I searched on Booking.com for a decent hotel. Howard Johnson popped up, with decent reviews and a good price: $56 for one king-sized bed. I booked it. We rolled into town, and followed the directions to the hotel, which is not terribly close to the interstate, but of course, in Wyoming, your neighbors can be 10 miles away or more, so, "when in Rome..." The hotel was nestled sweetly between the railroad track and a busy overpass. Not totally discouraged, since, after all, we were at the left shoulder of Wyoming, a mining town, we drove up to the building. It was very well kept and neat as a pin. I walked through the door to check in, and the next discouraging thing I noticed was that the pen was chained to the desk. In my many years of experience, that is NEVER a good sign, and it does not give a good first impression. At the very least, go to your neighbor bank and ask for free pens! They're happy to oblige, for the free publicity. Or tape flowers onto the pens like the rest of world does. I love those. Anyway, this has nothing to do with my review except first impressions. And those are pretty important! The front desk lady was very nice, and explained logistics to us, and we drove our car, following her directions, to locate our room. We had a hard time reading room numbers from the car, so we circled the lot a couple times like sharks, getting the stink eye from a couple of guys next to their cars. To be fair, if the tables were turned, I would have given us the stink eye, too. Upon entering our room, we found TWO king-sized beds instead of just one! I was pleasantly surprised, but didn't think much of it at the time. The room was clean, spacious, practical, sturdy. It included a large desk attached to the wall, one chair, and an ironing board (what's an ironing board?

I am 64 years old and traveling a cross country I asked if I could please have a downstairs room they would not let me have a downstairs room I have a wagon that I load my stuff in and take to the elevator when I'm not on the first floor there was no elevator At least I was able to park right by the entrance

Run down. Ceiling vent was falling down. Towels all had stains. Old and outdated.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from check-in to check-out. They always greeted us with a smile. Their excellent customer service truly made our stay more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable with all the amenities that we need. (Microwave, mini ref, coffee maker)

Felt "not wanting to get under the covers".

Wi-Fi was not free as advertised, front desk person tried to get me to pay $5 for it. Room was not clean. Finger nail clipping was on nightstand. Crumbs were all over the chair. Line of scum in the toilet. Will not return to this place.

Price#1. Bed was comfortable. It was an older property but clean. I was in the back. There were no streetlights but there were recessed lights. It felt a little shady but my car was intact when I got up. The ac was not cool. I didn’t like the carpet feel to my feet so I wore Crocs
