Bathroom not the best and water not good Cleaning not frequently but good when it happened Their is no breakfast actually

Communication upon arrival was not good. The rooms were not ready for us (even though we arrived late - after midnight) and we were left standing alone in a hallway for 20 minutes until we found the young man from reception who then explained to us what the problem was. We ended up helping him prepare the beds with clean sheets so we could get some sleep because the cleaning person and manager were unavailable until morning. The water was off so we couldn't use the bathroom at first, but then the young man was able to get it going again. It was uncomfortable to arrive to a new, foreign place and have to use a dirty bathroom and room, but we managed. The next day the manager apologized, moved us to clean rooms and served us a complimentary dinner the next evening. The breakfast was basic but decent, and the restaurant dinner is carry-out from nearby restaurants. Safety standards, especially with the lift, is questionable. We question the many similar Booking reviews for this hotel as they don't seem authentic. The hotel is great for travelers who are looking for a locally-run, budget-friendly, hostel-type accommodation with a stunning view from the rooftop.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the main attractions. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was clean and well prepared.

The location was perfect for visiting the pyramids. We walked there earlier and avoided the rush ourselves the staff was nice, the hotel is pretty much what you see in the photos. The area looks sketchy but most of Giza looks like that. However it felt safe and there were all kinds of stores around for every need or want. I think for the price this is a good deal The room needed some cleaning
