I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel has a great location with beautiful views, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The price was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely come back again.

the location for the breakfast was on the rooftop, very nice view of the pyramids. breakfast was ok, for some reason the butter in the small packages ( like they give you on the airplane for the dinner) were very old, not fresh at all. it was suprising.

Everything! I hate the experience! The hotel is dirty because it's being built. The bathroom is a nightmare. I don't recommend it at all.
-
We also like to thank Youssef and Mohaned for the great support.

Besides the dust and construction, everything was fine. They were very helpful and kind. Anything you need, they will take care of for you. Super cheap. Don't tip more than 200 Egyptian pounds or 5 dollars a pop cause your money will go fast.

The staff are very cooperative and nice

Room is small, slightly overpriced, room doesn't have pyramid view.

First room (budget) was without window, but I asked about another room And they give and a better room. Thank you for good hospitality and the best breakfasts! My father and me were happy. Really good location near pyramids

The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure everything was smooth, from check-in to helping with local tips and transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after long days exploring Giza and Cairo. Breakfast with a direct view of the Pyramids was a great touch and made mornings memorable. The hotel feels authentic, relaxed, and well-suited for travelers who want to be close to the historical sites without dealing with long commutes. If you’re coming to Giza and want a place with character, good service, and one of the best Pyramid views you can get, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

When you drive in past the mounds of rubbish and the horse excrement at the front door you are so happy to get inside. The horses at the front door stand in the sun/night all day long unless they are working, so the conditions they are in is terrible, but this is nothing to do with the hotel but is is sad to view from the balcony and also it is at the front door so it was unavoidable to ignore the sight and smell. Inside the two lads will try and make up as best as they can as they provided us with toilet paper when we asked, as there was none in the room. Also they provided us with towels which was great after asking. There was someone else hair in the bed and the mattress in another bed was terrible. Rooms was small and our view from room was terrible looking at the back of hotel.

We were taken to this hotel following an overbooking at our previous reservation. The reception staff welcomed us late at night and found us last-minute accommodation, fulfilling our requests as best they could. In the days that followed, all the staff were always kind and available to help us and offer advice of any kind. We would especially like to thank Bahgat,Youssef, Zeyad, and the breakfast staff, which was always good and plentiful.
