We love the location & the spacious rooms. I had made a request for my sons birthday however was not replied to in regards to this which was disappointing as we stayed in March for our other sons birthday and received such good hospitality however this time, no response to request, rushed through reception, the sink was blocked & the toilet didn’t work properly. Staff members outside our room late at night chatting keeping my younger son awake to the point I had to leave the room and ask them to move. The pool was dirty, the women’s changing room only had one working shower as the other had a ladder inside it?? When speaking to reception regarding this during our stay we were told they would pass our comments on…

Room was nice - clean and comfortable one thing - they add a gratuity to the breakfast service which is buffet only. Not sure why you have a gratuity added when you do all the work -

I liked the beds specifically how they are so comfy and relaxing and how we had a cupboard to store our luggages in. I didn’t like how when you had room service the sheets in the bed were always tucked in it was hard to get out without removing the sheet.

The location and room size only The staff are not cooperating regarding double booking issue. The rooms were not clean The plates and mugs are not clean during breakfast Too much noise throughout our stay

The hotel was very nice overall. The room was clean and comfortable. their were parking spaces available ( chargeable ) and the location was good. You can feel it's little bit an old hotel. also the housekeeping were little bit noisy. you can hear the noise from the room next to you. noise isolation is a big disadvantage in this hotel. you would notice directly when you stay there.
