Aesthetically pleasing, lots of things to do around the area. You have to pay £10 everything you go in and out the car park ended up costing me £50 in one day!

Good location View is bad, separate toilet and too noisy.

Clean (apart from some mould where the shower screen meets the bath tub), hotel well located for our purposes, staff friendly and helpful Milk provided in plastic tubes - not the greatest tasting anyway but ours were past the Best Before date of early July. Very cramped toilet - would be better to have in the bathroom rather than separately.

Absolutely nothing As a frequent visitor in hotels around Glasgow I’d have to say this was by far the worse experience I’ve ever had. The staff were very polite and friendly as I checked into the hotel but I couldn’t say the same about the male staff I spoke to later in the stay. On entering our room there was a foul smell I can only describe as a mix between poop and a wet dog. The carpets were disgusting with stains and god knows what else, socks went straight in the bin after being in the room 30 minutes, looked like I had been walking outside in them. WORSE OF ALL is the constant humming/buzzing sound coming from outside the hotel travelling through your room. Seems like it’s coming from the car park area, you’ll hear and know what I’m talking about, don’t worry !! Sooooo loud I couldn’t sleep!! Ok so without a 4 page review here’s a rundown of my stay, The room stunk, was even worse when we “woke up” The room had an old fan that hardly worked and the rooms are way too warm. The bath plug was jammed and we couldn’t even have a proper wash. There was a constant humming/buzzing noise throughout the whole stay that was way too loud to have a proper nights sleep. The female staff on check in were polite and friendly, the male staff on the later shift were rude unhelpful and unprofessional. All in all, £140 for a night in maybe the worse hotel I’ve ever experienced, no thanks! I’d have been better buying a tent and sleeping in a field full of cows ! Don’t waste your money on a hotel room here, you may well regret it.

Great location just of the bustling Sauchiehall Street with lots of great bars, pubs and restaurants within 5mins walk. Smart, clean, spacious and very friendly hotel that feels like a cool local rather than part of a massive global chain. And it’s pet friendly with a very reasonable charge for ma wee dug! Very little to nothing I can really fault. I’m trying really hard to think of something but can’t… as a professional wine snob I suppose they could have a more interesting selection

The room we were given was at the end of a corridor and was nice and quiet, even for a Saturday night. The breakfast at this hotel is amazing with a huge choice. There is a separate toilet in the room which probably needs a bit of decoration but it was fine.

The property was lovely and very comfortable. Nothing, but there is an issue with the payment. I paid for 2 of the 3 people who were staying and my friend paid for her own share using zilch. When she checked her account when she got home today, she noticed the error.
