Nice location That you have to pay to store luggage

Felt like a home and not like living with 10 other people. Staff are always available to address problems and resolve them quickly. Guests are considerate of other people staying there. Only one bathroom with one toilet and shower for a room of 10 people. Possible bed bugs as I was bitten and itchy after leaving the property.

Good staff Location

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. USB charger hole by the bed. Quiet place. I stayed in 6 people female dorm for a few nights and all bunk beds had curtains. I had to move to a 4 people room cuz there were no more female dorms available. In the 4 mix people room the beds didn't have curtains That made the sleep less comfortable.

Excelent location, there is a bar and pubs street around the corner, the train station as well!

I appreciate the female dorm. USB charging hole was useful. I like the curtains for beds. Room was quite quiet. Nice big mirror in bathroom. Pillow was ok. The room is in basement and the entrance with designated smoking area is right above it, so you can hear people talking. Have to pay if you don't have a padlock to leave stuff in the locker. Unclear where's drinking tap water.

The location is right on the street..10min to nearest bus stop and 20min to queen street station It was not clean at all and dorms were messed up..not enough lockers for many guests.en suite alone bathroom was not enough for 12 persons

I tried to book this for a homeless lady for two nights. I called straight away after booking to ensure she could check in okay. They told me no as she would need ID, so I requested they cancel, and they said they would over the call. They instead charged me for two nights and told me its non refundable a day later. This shouldn’t be allowed, especially if I request to cancel immediately after booking. Making a formal complaint to booking.com Heartless staff and management who clearly only think about ££££.

Staff were fabulous and very easy to talk to, super fast check-in/check-out, location is also pretty central so it's easy to walk anywhere It smelled sooo bad (might have been from a person? Not sure) and the bathroom was TINY for so many people. Lots of people coming/out at all hours, varying levels of intoxication. Also, privacy curtains are pretty standard now but they didn't have any

Location,cleanliness, bathroom The beds have no headboard so there's nothing to lean on, and pillows fall off top of the bed.

The location Ліжка двоповерхові і закривається тільки перший поверх шторками, другий поверх - ні. Сніданок починається запізно, коли є потреба в ранішньому check out , сніданок стає недоступним. Шкафчики не закриваються за замок, замок треба докуповувати окремо на рецепції. Як на мене за досить високу вартість хостелу, можливість використовувати замок має бути включена
