The breakfast was really nice, there’s a pool table downstairs as a good time pass. The gym is not really a gym, the parking lot is virtually impossible to use when other cars are there first.

Looked good on the surface & food in Chop was nice - Room DB level averaged 54db, peak 83db - Unable to turn the light over the bed off (I am Electrically trained) - Bathroom smelled musty - Room was very hot with no air - Only tap water available in the room I spent over 200 nights in Hotels in the past 1 year and this was the worse sleep ever. Finally the bar i had to chase a pint on both rounds I had due to how long it took. The 1st pint took 12 mins to come and I.ended cancelling the 2nd (even though 3 other people were served after me). Ventilation ducts dirty, attached photo. Not somewhere i would rush back to

We were upgraded free which was great - room has balcony with nice views over the city and very spacious with everything we needed Had to park quite far away as couldn’t get into hotel car park

Good location, friendly staff, good rooms. Free coffee in the morning was a great surprise! Parking was tough, the car park was small and only accommodated a few small cars but staff were incredibly helpful in advising cheap or free alternatives near by.
