Every thing was amazing the location the staff the cleanliness and the wi fi Maybe the food in the breakfast should have a variety types and the place for the breakfast should be bigger since it is always crowded and the time for the breakfast needs to be extended to 11 am

Near the city center, easy to reach. The service was a bit overwhelmed with the breakfast, we had to ask two times, to get tea spoons.

Good location and a decent price, given the commonwealth games were on. Would normally be overpriced. Next door to oldest pub in Glasgow, with great live music. Basic accomodation. Uncomfortable pillows. Low quality breakfast. Noise from bar over the road. Poor water pressure on shower. Disrupted sleep - woken by staff because of power cut causing issues with booking system.

I left my laundry to get done at 9am and they said it would be done at 5. Showed at 5 and was still in the bag I dropped it off in and not cleaned . Very disappointed
