Great location, pleasant staff, excellent communication throughout the booking The rooms could be better cleaned, in particular the carpet is quite dirty with numerous stains.

Fabulous welcome from receptionist Kathleen and the entire staff so friendly and helpful..rooms perfect food ideal would highly recommend for city break..

The breakfast & shower very dirty carpet, walls full of marks, skirting boards dirty. Mattress very hard, shower gel in shower completely empty.

Lovely helpful reception and bar staff. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Need to provide different tv programmes in the bar area.....no more snooker or cycling!!!

Lovely comfortable hotel . Best night sleep I’ve had for any hotel recently. Nice comfy bed . I like the breakfast for the food but didn’t like the experience with the different nationalities. Never met so many ignorant people at the breakfast table … which the hotel can’t help that . I was glad to finish my breakfast.

I love the design and esthetics of the hotel. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to make a solo traveler feel welcome and safe. The only thing I have a hard time with was getting around the end of the beds with the TV attached and sticking out off the wall, I kept hitting it with my shoulder evertime I had to squeeze by.

Excellent location. So much of Glasgow was walkable from the hotel. Very friendly team. Shout out to the young man who was working at night for the 24-hour services. Funky clean room. Would recommend and would stay again Everything was great.

It was comfortable, quiet, great staff. There were great vegan options for breakfast, such a nice surprise. Doesn’t happen very often.
