Easy access and free parking. Outdated room and less than clean pool. They also said we wouldn’t be charged for our grandchildren’s breakfast, and we were.

Room was clean it was very used and needs to be updated as well as the rest of the hotel. Smelled musty and the coffee machine didn’t work in our room. For the money NOT worth a second visit. Breakfast seemed a bit on the expensive side.

My issue is with the Expedia customer service. They were horrible when I needed help. I am looking for alternatives for future. Do not expect they would help if you need to make any changes or correction in your booking .

Upon check-in, Will at the front desk was super helpful, he printed off the train schedules for us and highlighted the rail lines we needed to take to get into the city, every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant. Our room was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool was well maintained and the water was warm! The breakfast was your standard continental fare. Overall we had a pleasant stay!

The only redeeming quality was that the front desk was accommodating and the furniture in the rooms were more ornate than most hotel rooms.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It looks like it has been remodeled and the remodel looks great! There is a nice big pool. The restaurant in the hotel had amazing food, with TONS of gluten free choices! I would book here again.
