Clean rooms, nothing fancy.

This was great place. We really enjoyed it. The staff were really friendly and kind. Rooms were cleaned and they smelled fresh. Breakfast was hot and coffee was available the whole day.

I hope this review doesn't raise the roommate price, but this was a fun,and relaxing stay 😎. The rooms are large and well appointed with beautiful clean modern design, and a comfortable bed. All the linens are clean, white, and fresh.The shower puts out an awesome 👌 spray! An extra "Perk", be sure to ask about the Paradise Bay Water Park 💧 Pass! Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️!

The hotel was fine… not in perfect condition but clean, breakfast was very good. Stayed 5 nights room only cleaned after 3rd night.

The staff, especially Patrick at the front desk, were extremely friendly, sweet and helpful. Everything you would expect from a more affordable hotel except for the ants in our room.

Convenient and safe neighborhood. About 25 minutes from downtown depending on traffic. Beds were comfortable. Room stayed cold.

My concern is with the ADA room itself. While the bathroom was accessible, the room was not. The layout was extremely cramped, and I had difficulty navigating it with my compact travel walker. A guest using a standard walker or wheelchair would have no access to the room, with the bathroom being the only fully accessible area. The bed was also quite high, making transfers more difficult than expected in an ADA room. The remote-controlled blinds broke on our first morning but were repaired promptly, which we appreciated. The in-room microwave did not work during our stay, although we did not report that issue to staff. While we enjoyed many aspects of the hotel and would stay here again, I would strongly encourage the hotel to reevaluate the accessibility of this room. The ADA designation does not accurately reflect the room’s usability for many guests with mobility challenges.

We've been in-between homes rt now n have been here about a month...Always Clean!!! Friendly Staff...Everything has been quite Consistent....Thumbs Up!!!

The bathtub in our room was clogged and the water would accumulate while bathing. There was no exhaust vent which made it worse while using the toilet.
