Bathroom door handles was loose and almost seem it was about to fall off, cosmetic issues but need to addressed as it gives the impression that place is run down room 330

the house keeping was done once every three days, so, you have to get your towels everyday.

The breakfast is very nice. There is something to satisfy everyone. The staff is very friendly, the beds are comfortable and the hotel is very, very clean.

Excellent stay for the money!! Recently renovated and pretty clean. My only disappointment was the hair dryer. It’s supposed to be attached to the wall. The part that should be on the wall is hanging from dryer so the entire unit is dangling while you’re drying your hair. Somewhat annoying.

La mejor cama que he probado. La habitación es pequeña pero tiene lo necesario para estar bien. Ropa de cama y toallas limpias. Te dan shampo y acondicionador pero eso si debe cambiar, solo una persona se termina el micro botecito que dan, nosotros éramos 4 y solo uno de cada uno, Imagínense eso. No se porque ahora es moda poner solo 3 toallas cuando son 4 personas en la habitación. Es molesto tener que ir a pedir una "extra". El desayuno con tantos reviews me imaginaba que sería extraordinario, pero es normal, si te has hospedado en la cadena de holiday inn es muy muy similar. Huevos revueltos, salchichas, cereal, yogurt, fruta, panqueques, jugo, café, pan sandwich, bagels y variedad de panecillos dulces. Esperaba más por los reviews que había leído y fue determinante para elegirlo, pero estuvo bien. Siempre se agradece que incluyan proteína. El personal muy amable, el Sr que hizo nuestro check in muy muy agradable y amable. Definitivamente cuando vuelva a Chicago (está a 30 min aprox manejando) será mi primera opción. Tiene un sector comercial muy cerca que no pude explorar por el tiempo.

When we got to our room, there was incessant banging right over our heads due to carpet repairs. When we asked how long it would be going on, we were told, "Well, they won't be here tomorrow." Not helpful. No apology. We went out for dinner and when we came back, our TV was no longer working. I called the desk. He told me that we'll need to unplug the TV and then plug it back in again, but we'll have to pull out the mini fridge to do so, adding, "Other than that, I don't know what to tell you." We pulled out the fridge, there was no plug for the TV. I went back down to the desk. Only after I asked were we moved to another room. No proactive assistance, no apology for the inconvenience. Both rooms were clean and the beds were fine, but the walls are paper thin so you hear everything. I had to turn the A/C temp very low so it would continuously run to give white noise to block out all the other noises. If we ever return to the area, we will choose a different place to stay.

Stayed for eight nights. Rooms were fine, and clean. Breakfast was average but decent selection. Our first room had an issue with the AC towards the end of our stay but we were promptly switched to a new one with no hassle. Would stay here again, great value and location for our needs.

The staff okay. The clientele appropriate for the price of the room. All I all, okay. Early in the morning, things not kept up, clean, tidy of the grounds. For the price, okay.

Superb

I was here for 3 weeks. The staff were nice never a problem with them. The hotel was pretty clean for the most part. The only issues I had were only inconveniences. I’m assuming they do this to save money, but they housekeepers only clean your room every 3 days. Long time in between especially for rooms with multiple people. Problem is, they never did it unless i asked. Sometimes even after 4-5 days, i would actually have to ask for housekeeping. Another annoyance was the volume of the TVs. They did not get loud at all and anytime the AC unit would turn on, it was almost impossible to hear them. I thought it was just my TV so I asked the front desk to check another TV and it was the same. Lastly, the shower water took forever to heat up. I’m not exaggerating when I say that it took almost 10 minutes every time for the shower water to get to a hot temperature.

The breakfast was really delicious! The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. The older gentleman at the front desk was so nice and friendly.

We were on the 3rd floor, and it looked like it was recently remodeled. Very nice!
