Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Lombard Oak Brook

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms, need major u grades, and new furniture. For the rooms also. I didn’t like the ideal, of young people hanging around the parking late at night or around on the hotel floors.

It was amazing here they are very quick at checking you in your suite

Location is great. Staffs were nice and easy to deal with. Food is great.

We stayed two nights and the pool was closed for maintenance. We were not able to use it. The hotel has nice common areas.

The location was great. I stay at an Embassy no matter where I travel, so the full breakfast and suites are the main reasons I choose to stay at Embassy. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast staff were courteous and kind. It was the first time I experienced the breakfast staff serving additional breakfast items to staff outside of the omelette line. But it actually made the breakfast experience run so much smoother than self serve. The only disappointment I experienced was housekeeping not cleaning the room while we were away over 8 hours and returned at night without towels, washcloths, and no toilet paper. I called the help desk and she agreed to send someone up with the items. I met with family for 2 hours in the dining area and returned to my room, but no one had brought the items. I called back and was told they were busy, and asked if I could come to get the items. Normally I would be agreeable, but because of the length of time between the first request, and not having toilet paper (at a minimum) I asked that they feel the request as they said they would 2 hours earlier. She did kindly send someone to bring the items immediately after the 2nd call. I really think this was a hiccup. The hotel quality, location, and seamless check-in makes believe the second time around I probably won’t encounter that one issue. I’m definitely returning.

Room was very clean staff was really nice

Good breakfast. Loved the omelette station. Room was nice and clean with amazing water pressure. Property was also clean and quiet. The only issue I use was the table in the suite we had stains my shorts and my wife’s Tshirt. It had some sort of a stain finisher that wasn’t sealed. So we were eating dinner and our clothes got stains. I advised the front desk and they stepped up and upper management paid to replace my damaged clothes. Thank you

Our friends in the next room had bed bugs!!! So who knows if maybe we also had them. We also had to pay for parking, and we didn’t know that until we arrived.

Nice room, separate bedroom and living room. Great breakfast with cooked to order omelettes. Convenient location.

My suite was spacious, clean, equipped with two tvs and featured a sleep type sofa. I was traveling solo so most of the amenities were not necessary yet nice. The complimentary breakfast featured made to order omelettes which were hot and delicious. There was a $12.50 parking fee, however given the amenities I was ok with. Finally the location was within easy walking distance of a Chick fillet right next door in the event you were in the mood. I would note that there’s was one elevator out of order however this didn’t impact my wait time as they were reasonable. I enjoyed my stay at this upscale conveniently located facilitiy and would come back again!

Very good stay my only concern was the mattress in my room was very worn out the side was almost collapsed on one side needs to be replaced otherwise great facility and good stay

The room was clean but a bit outdated, the bathroom fan didn't work & the mattress felt like I was sleeping on a box spring, super uncomfortable. I also don't understand why the parking costs $12.50.
