Good experience

We had a good overall stay. Parking lot on rear and sides of building are completely in the dark, no lights were working and felt unsafe. Room was generally clean and spacious for our family of 6. Breakfast had good options and staff was helpful.

Was an ok hotel! Not far from restaurants!
-
i’ve only been here one night but the breakfast this morning really was not edible. It was a terrible selection and the eggs were not edible at all.

With my medical problems, I needed to use extra pillows (5) because the pillows are like marshmallows no kind of support. I normally use two to three and the five I used did nothing for my issues, did not sleep comfortable.
-
Breakfast was not very good and amenities closed a good bit earlier than any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Was a little disappointed in that, but otherwise my stay was good.
-
Excellent stay. Breakfast was very good & hotel staff were top notch. This was a busy hotel due to a power outage in a neighboring state but everything was comfortable & attended to. Highly recommended!

Also, no microwave. We were there 3 nights and couldn't heat up leftovers from restaurants. The fridge did not keep our drinks very cold.

I would have expected better from a Hyatt Place hotel. The building is old. The upkeep of such an old building was poor. Staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Room was clean.

I’m asking to Cleane the room . The staff told me this is not a 5 star hotel, if you need to Cleane, you have to ask for the front desk,ok ..we did the next day but nothing when we’re came back from outside. When I asked for the new towel, the woman gave me very bad attitude.
