The bed sheets had a blood stain on them. It was super gross.

The water is not clean due to oily water after filtration which is not good for health! I paid for one week than I asked to refunded but still they charged $950 after refund which I asked credit to refund me but it is still in process.

Free parking for one car but we had a second car and it cost $20 to park the additional car although there were plenty of vacant spots when the motel No Vacancy light was on.

For price, it was good quality and staff was responsive. Room is pretty old and not updated but quite spacious.

Sandy in the front office was always so kind and helpful. Overall quiet and good location. Room could use a lot of updating but safe nonetheless and does the job for travel for business. Would stay again.

The property was very clean!! The property is not updated and there are no amenities but the staff were friendly and welcoming and it was clean and safe. My family of 7 needed a place to sleep for a night and both of our rooms were highly adequate. I'd stay here again and recommend others to do so. Also, MAJOR plus was that the hotel is less than 7 miles from Universal which was less than a 20 minute drive in rush hour.

Check in was fast and easy we were able to check in early. Staff was nice. The room was clean and liked that it provided a mini fridge and microwave. The place was quiet so I was able to have a good night rest. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family and anyone who wants to enjoy a nice quiet stay
